Enertech has installed Mini Split units for me on two occasions. The installations were all clean and professionally done, and I've had no issues with them over several years. What impressed me most recently is that I'd signed with them for several more units for a renovation project and gave a deposit. Once my contractor started work, though, it became clear that a central air system was preferable. I asked Enertech if I could change the order, but the indicated that they couldn't install such a unit at present. They then promptly refunded the deposit. Highly ethical, and highly recommended.

Enertech replaced my gas furnace and heat pump in my last home and repaired my heat pump in my current one. Their installers and technicians are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. When they came to repair my heat pump, their technician got to the point, did the repair quickly and didn’t pad the bill like most other service companies. They could have easily told me that the heat pump was finished and that I would need a new one. Rest assured, when my current system goes, they will be the only ones I call for a thorough and turnkey job. Thank you for your service throughout the years!

They installed my HVAC system in 2006. The owner lives in my community and he has always dealt with my calls.

They are quick to get back to you and have a technician at my home within 24 hours. The technician that always takes care of us is extremely professional.

Incredible service. During the heatwave, I was expecting several days of waiting, however that was not the case. They squeezed us in the SAME day. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He was also mindful and clean (wore a mask, was mindful about touching anything, kept distance, etc.). Very respectful. Even provided advice about how to properly maintain the system to avoid future unnecessary repairs.The owner of the business made sure to be personally in touch and was extremely responsive. Reasonable and fair rates for the work. All in all, an 11/10 experience for sure.

The crew was very professional and courteous. They took care not to damage floors walls when removing the oil tank ans furnace. Highly recomend. Price was reasonable

The salesman came on time and was very polite and informative. It was July and sweltering, but he was honest and said that it would be only in September that we could have the install done. Fast forward to today (Sept 8, 2020) and the installers were on time, super nice and had to deal with a tricky wire route, but they got it done and it looks amazing. Very professional job, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The sales rep was calm, polite and did not pressure us. The installation workers arrived on time and did a very careful and meticulous job. They gave me a thorough tutorial on how to use the unit that was very easy to understand. Our unit has been functioning perfectly. I definitely recommend them!

I hired Enertech to install a new furnace and heat pump recently in Pointe-Claire. Robert's team showed up when promised and completed the furnace installation the same day. Because I was doing outside work I asked them to delay the installation of the heat pump and even though it had been scheduled for that same day they were very accommodating. Later, a day after the outside work was completed, they were back and the heat pump was installed.

All the teams worked like clockwork, removal of the old systems and oil tank and the install of the new systems went without a hitch. I am so impressed with the respect they showed me and my home. We got mini-splits installed early last summer and have been completely satisfied with them -- for both cooling and heating. The installation service was excellent: they were prompt, courteous and efficient. And now with the heat waves this summer, we’re so happy to have them! We highly recommend Enertech!

Robert and the team at Enertech treated me very well. We purchased a very old home without central air. It was quite a challenge to conceptualise an after-market solution. We consulted with many companies yet Enertech was the only company to think outside of the box and provide me with a two-furnace solution that is more efficient and allowed me to keep the charm of the house that attracted us in the first place. Being an Engineer, I was very impressed with the proposal and the final product. They worked quickly and efficiently to get us up and running a few weeks after moving into the home.

Since the system was installed, we had some troubles with the equipment (manufacturer's issues) that were resolved rather quickly with the excellent service support provided by Enertech. I would recommend Enertech's services ten times over to anyone looking!

We moved into our new house 3 years ago which did not have a heat pump. I called Enertech and requested a quote and date of installation. I have used Enertech for many years. I ordered a heat pump from them and the service and installation was fantastic! I have since used Enertech to replace my furnace and again the service was top notch. Their technicians are friendly and their pricing is very fair.

When my old unit suddenly died, I called them up after pricing a few other companies, they were by far the most responsive and competitive. Even had the owner come by to inspect the work to ensure we were satisfied. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or refer them to friends and family.

Bought our heat pump and furnace in 2011. The furnace fan motor crapped out. Called late in the day. Linda called back first thing in the morning and Robert followed up. Technician was at me house before 1:00 PM in the afternoon. Everyone very pleasant and courteous to deal with. I would recommend this team to anyone who asks. Thanks Enertech.

I actually really enjoyed dealing with this company. They were efficient, did excellent work.
They came on time (even notified me 30min ahead saying they were on their way).
Everyone that I spoke to was extremely polite and professional. Would 100% recommend.
They didn’t cut corners and didn’t leave till the whole job was done no matter how complicated the work was.

We have used CEC Enertech a couple of times over the years and have always found them to be punctual and extremely competent.

Their repairmen are friendly and take the time to explain everything. And the best part is their prices are better than the other quotes I've received.
