3rd time grocery shopping. I found all the ingredients needed for my sinigang soup; my favourite snack chicharron, value brand everything bagel and 2 kinds of cream cheese spread.
2nd time I did grocery and found a lot of items priced reasonably.
Bought a bunch of grocery items and they're reasonably priced better than other big box stores.

The international section needs improvement. Selection of Asian goods are limited considering this is a super-centre.

Selections are limited considering this store is a super-centre!
Hope they'll stock up with more products from Southeast Asian nation.

Went to the mall to check out the newly opened Walmart. Big spacious and lots of specials for the grand opening. I ended up buying a few essentials and prices were good!

Nice and big Walmart Supercenter with a lot of options and offers. Plenty of parking available and since the store is 2 floors, it’s pretty big and plenty of options to choose from. It does have a UPS and barber shop within itself. The employees were very friendly and helpful at all the times I’ve shopped there.

An excellent store, has 2 floors, an elevator, an escalator in mid section and ( I think an escalator for grocery carts). Stores needs to bring in items more quickly to keep products full in grocery section.

Ordering groceries online for pickup works very well. Especially when Jas is helping you out.

I recently lost my passport there about a week ago . My contents of my purse fell out and I thought I had grabbed everything but I guess I didn't. It's a long shot but if anybody found a passport there please let me know . I really really need it . Thank you

This walmart isn't even bad compared to the one that closed in Westmount. I'm happy with the Kingsway location. It's a nice option for people that live in the downtown area. There's a pretty large produce section & I almost always find what I need. There was 1 time the fresh corn was rotten, so just inspect it before you purchase. There are 2 areas to check out and i've never waited longer than a few minutes in line.

Store was clean and it looks great.
What wasn't great was the amount of theft that I witnessed. You guys are going to go out of business if you don't get that under control.

I witnessed 5 people through out the store grabbing goods and bailing out the emergency exit from the 2nd floor.

Your loss prevention officer guy undercover was overwhelmed. He got 1 sketch guy.
You should have atleast 5 undercover loss prevention in the store and 1 near the top exits at all times

Have only ordered online and Walmart's service beats the competitors by a mile! The shoppers are accurate (unlike Instacart) and have the best prices (unlike Loblaws group). It has completely changed my shopping experience to do online delivery which saves me hours each week, for a very reasonable delivery fee ($6.97). Minor feedback - they can consider increasing product availability online. Excellent experience overall!

Really great looking store & I'm soooo happy it's finally open. The only disappointment I had was, I went to purchase yarn which I buy a lot of & not 1 ball of yarn was in its plastic bag. I'll never buy yarn thats out of its plastic. Possibly could get caught on whatever & since it's open to the elements, the yarn, especially white, can get dirty. Unless they start leaving the balls of yarn in their plastic, I won't buy yarn from this Walmart & if I find its this was now at all Walmarts I shop at, I'll buy my yarn elsewhere. Sorry. The store is very nice & happily accepted.

I have to disagree with other reviewers: I found this Walmart very bright and clean and well-stocked (especially in comparison to the old Westmount one, which was horrible). There are a lot of people running around that you can ask for things and we found that vegetables and generally produce was of a good quality. The only downside is that it is not as huge as other Supercentres (the one in Terra Losa is probably the biggest I know). Otherwise I can recommend going there.

They blocked off the escalator going up no one is working on it i am forced to either leave or use the elevator. The elevator has a sign to limit 1 or 2 people and to avoid using if you can. I can not avoid using it.

Why not shut down the escalator going down so people can walk up and down. Its more safe than forcing everyone to use the elevator.

I used to hate going here due to extremely poor customer service. Today I went in and it seems there is new staff, Joan went out of her way to help us with sizing some clothes for my daughter, even second guessed and came to find us elsewhere in the store to make sure. At the checkout the young man was friendly and efficient, his name also started with a “J” sorry cannot remember it fully. Great job! I will be happy to come back.

Bought a Playstation card at this location. My Son got a little too excited and scratched too hard and damaged the code. I went back to this Walmart and Kathy and her customer service team help me get it back by corresponding with Sony. I could not be more happy with their service, they saved me $150.

Good variety of health and beauty items.

An electronics Rep. Actually sold me a phone. Understood all his phone plans and hardware to stay within my cheapskate. Line ups quick. Brings some traffic back since airport closure
