I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Meghan and Abissha for their outstanding customer service during my recent visit to Lush. Initially, I had a specific product in mind, but Abissha went above and beyond to assist me, and Meghan's extensive product knowledge further captivated my interest.

I'm genuinely impressed with the warm welcome I received and the incredible patience and kindness shown to me, especially given that I tend to speak quickly and can easily feel overwhelmed. Meghan and Abissha's calm demeanor and professionalism were truly commendable.

My visit to Lush was already something I was eagerly anticipating, particularly upon learning about the brand's support for the Palestinian cause. However, thanks to Meghan and Abissha, Lush has now become my ultimate go-to place. I am sincerely grateful to both Lush and its exceptional employees for making my experience so memorable.

I can't wait to try the products recommended by Meghan and Abissha. Knowing that a brand like Lush openly supports Palestinians, which is close to my heart, makes a significant impact on people's lives, including mine. Thank you once again for this meaningful support.

The kids who run this show are absolutely amazing. They always make me feel like a special customer and their kindness to my poor husband and son who are always grabbing my goodies for me to s amazing. They turned my husband into a bonafide Lushie! Shh! Don’t tell him I told. Seriously, guys, thank you!

The employees here went above and beyond with helping my wife in everything she was looking for not to mention they were all incredibly helpful and seemed to enjoy working for Lush

The location isn’t the largest I’ve seen but they seemed to have on hand everything my wife asked for, even some of the older Lush products.

Also want to mention just how amazing this places smells.

Omg! This place is amazing! Have everything you need, healthy and vegan. Just love it! The people are amazing! Always there to help you and if you are not sure what to take .. just take a sample home and try it first! Just love it!

When you walk into the store, you get introduced by such a magnificent sweet smell. Their bath bombs smell fantastic, and their staff is so nice, they took the time to make many samples for me to try! Their shower jelly smells, feels and is just magnificent! Would highly recommend.

No matter how busy this store is you can always count on some friendly staff member to help you out. You truly feel the staffs dedication in regards to their products. Smells like paradise and looks like a magical kingdom! The ultimate go to place for eco friendly cosmetic products. I am obsessed with their bath bombs. So many assortments and varieties to choose from. Cute gift ideas for everyone, you can even purchase pre-wrapped gift sets with the prettiest wrapping.

Brandon (could be Brendan I'm bad with names) tallish fellow, was super helpful with choosing bath bombs and a face mask thingy (got the coffee one). My girlfriend loved them all, as if I knew what to get her. I owe you props Brandon, honestly super kind and helpful to someone I'm pretty sure doesn't fit your company's consumer's demographic. Had a bunch of knowledge that I appreciated him taking the time to tell me. Again awesome person and very genuine definitely going to stop by again because of Brandon.

The staff at this location is always very friendly and helpful. I came by last week and was helped by Gabriella and Rebecca who were both extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely shop there again!

Today was my first visit to a Lush store. Each employee was stellar. The first person I encountered happily showed me the holiday sets, answered my questions about pet safety, and was not pushy at all. I thanked them and started browsing. Another employee checked in to make sure we were finding everything and had a friendly, warm personality. We went to the checkout and a genuinely bubbly, effortlessly funny employee (I wonder if floor manager?) made our experience memorable. They knew the products through and through, answered questions with ease and personality, and we bonded over spicy chicken nuggets! I left the store with a big smile on my face. Lush - your employees today had the power to make me a new, eager customer. Employees drive a company's success. Give them all amazing Christmas bonuses or something to recognize that they created the best atmosphere in the mall today.

Love Lush products always but this 5-star review is for the incredible staff that was at the Fairview, Pointe-Claire store today: friendly, knowledgeable and very, very patient (kid-friendly) ❤ It was a joy for us to shop in your store!

The staff is always super helpful. They genuinely want to help you because they care, not just to make a sale

Went on July 16th at around 8pm with my friend! We were greeted by one of the staffs that was working alone. Despite having a lot of customers come in and out, he was very professional and welcoming. He helped us pick out our products and explained their benefits and what not. Def recommend! Having happy with our purchases :)

I went to Lush to look around and find new body care products and was helped by the kindest employee ever! Jess helped me find things I didn’t know I was looking for and was super honest and helpful when it came to picking products. Definitely personalized the experience and was a lovely pick me up to have shopped with her, thanks again!

🤩 above and beyond expectations! The staff here is really incredible. This year instead of toys, my daughter asked to go shopping for her 10th birthday. We stopped in here to get her a little something extra before calling it a day. Not only did they make her feel really special, but they took the time to explain certain products that turned out to be game changers for all of my girls hair. Topped her up with a bunch of samples and were lovely and helpful without being pushy. Products were all amazing- highly recommend.

The people who work here are GREAT. It's such a treat to walk into this store. The people here are warm and knowledgeable. They will give you advice on what to buy but never will they try to sell you anything. I recommend the experimenter bath bomb and the all good things perfume. People can't get enough of me when I smell like those things. Guys, get on it. You'll be a chick magnet in no time.

What fantastic stuff they have here! I went in to get a gift, and they spent so much time with me and we're so helpful. They let me try a few samples, they gave me a few samples to bring home and try out, they were just absolutely wonderful stuff there. I love their stuff and I love that it's mostly vegan and the rest is vegetarian. Handmade in Canada what more could you want!

Lush always has good customer service, a great return policy, great incentive to recycle (bring back 5 used but clean, black, marked lidded pots and get a free face mask!). They often will give you a free sample to try, which is a lot of fun, and the quality of their products (hard soaps, shampoo bars, shaving creams, bath bombs and bubble bars to name a few I have tried) is beyond excellent. Plus they have limited packaging which is great for the ocean! Enjoy!

This location is always a vibe. Very helpful staff who take their time to understand my needs and share product recommendations. I never feel rushed or pressured to buy things I don't want or need.

I had an amazing experience with the wonderful women who worked at Lush. They know the products like the back of their hand and are more than willing to test out multiple products and teach you about them. I could have easily spent a fortune in there with all the amazing products they showed me! Definitely worth going again and again.

I came to this Lush location very rushed in time. The sales associate that helped me and my sister was amazing. Knowing that we liked the mint mask, she was able to recomend us similar products that we would like aswell.
