Staff member was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable when a product I'd come for specifically was not available to purchase. She gave excellent suggestions for similar alternatives.

Clean store with lots of variety. Can tell that some brands are not available as shelves empty in those areas. We were they Saturday night around 7:45 ... Long line too get to cash but it moved quickly. No issues. Left satisfied

Easy to locate item as well as very clean

Always great service. A Rep was filling shelves and asked me what I was looking for. They took me over to that section where I found my beverage of choice. Next thing I know I'm laughing with the Cash Rep. A positive experience again.

I am very impressed with the customer service. Line up got to be 5-6 people, and they opened 2 more cashiers.

Always in and out of this place quickly and safely. Got what I wanted and took time out to check their 3 digit wines in their display vase. Some interesting prices for wines I know nothing about.

This store have all of the brands available. Moreover tester for any new flavor are awesome and was happy to get a chance to be served. I tried Bacardi new flavor rum and got very good idea about the product. Which I may never had tried if not went here.now I will definitely buy that product. And always it's always feet gud to get something new and exciting for Free.

I was recently looking for a rather niche beer that they didn't carry in any local location - it was ordered for me and brought from their TO warehouse at no additional cost. Great C/S

One of the better lcbo’s in Cambridge, henry is one of the reasons for that too you can tell he enjoys his job and enjoys helping costumers

Not much to say here. Lots of booze. Same price as every other store. Good thing I like is they have a better assortment of foreign beers than the beer store does. And that changed from store to store so it's always interesting to find new brands i have not tried
