The LOC team has been wonderful to work with. I have to say I am newer to the purchasing team for my hotel and Josh was fantastic in assisting me through the process and recommending the correct products for my needs. The team has answered every email and call quickly. The team has always been patient and understanding through the purchasing process. I have to say I am more that happy with the multiple units amd devices we have purchased for the the rooms, will definitely be using them for any future upgrades for my property and others in our group.

The team at LOC (Joshua in Sales, and Marina in Ops) are great to work with. We had an issue with a certain type of keycard, that they rectified immediately with amazing customer service. Working in hospitality, this was very noticed and appreciated. Products are great, delivered timely and efficiently. Highly recommend for your keycard products!
