Giant Tiger

I've been shopping at Giant Tiger, on and off, for three decades. The high cost of food has hit such a level that I now consider Giant Tiger as one of my First Stops. The grocery section of the GT Carleton Place store continues to improve in a remarkable way ! They carry many Canadian products that are not available at other stores. Their VIP senior shopping plan is a huge bonus !!! The staff, as reported by other posters, is pretty special and treats customers efficiently and with genuine courtesy.

Almost all of my "office" tops and tank tops are from here. Always a great selection of cheap curtains and home & garden decorations.

Very clean, well stocked! Checkout was efficient and staff was friendly!

This GT is more better that the old one. More retail products & the clerks are friendly too.

I love that they are Canadian and they price match. Happy that there is one in Carleton Place.

I love Giant Tiger. Not that every item is a good deal, but there is enough to pick from that makes it worth while. Plus it's Canadian owned. Clothes wise, it's definitely worth trying this multiple times. they pay attention to the seasons.
I think this place is underrated.

Very friendly young staff members seems to be a great employment for teens. Young employees have always been great for carry outs when needed. Keep a look out for Kim from giant tiger by far one of their most efficient educated on products and friendly older staff they have😃

My wife and I were at Giant Tiger in Carleton Place last night.
We went in to buy some small items and instead spent over $250 on clothing!
At the checkout, our server Jeremy, was amazing! He explianed the VIP program and we saved over $50!
He was great and customer service like that is hard to find.
We just wanted to make sure that he was recognized for his fantastic efforts!

Always clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and hard working. Prizes are right and for a small store they make good stock choices. 👍

I buy most of my clothes there. I like them. I find it hard going all around to the cash. I am handicapped. I wish the cash was in the middle of the store. I would shop more often if it was easier

Always a pleasure to browse Giant Tiger. Clothing is reasonable and fashionable. Sports wear is comfortable and I am happy with the prices. The household goods are fun to see. Giant Tiger brings a new flavor to your shopping ideas. Lots and lots of new ideas in every way possible and in every department. Food items are fresh and offered at a low price. It's fun to shop at GT Boutique. Give it a try. You will be astonished at what you will find.

I go regularly for salt for the water softener which I find to be well priced and right by the door and I usually find other items I need. The stock has been well maintained and priced throughout the pandemic and the staff have been positive and helpful.

Clean store. There is a male cashier that has awesome customer service, very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work. Giant Tiger Manager should be proud, he's a keeper.
