Starbucks

I go frequently to the Starbucks location located in St. Eustache Quebec. I have to say that it is the best Starbucks I have been to and I have been to many. The Staff is what makes it so special. They are so polite and courteous and do their best to help and serve you. All the staff should be commended, they are by far the best! Thank you to everyone at Starbucks St. Eustache. Mimi Gabriel

As an English speaker, this Starbucks was very accommodating and the girl serving us was nothing but friendly. The lady making our coffees was also very friendly. The Iced Mochas we got were even better than the ones we get in Toronto! Thank you :)

Personally love their Hot Chai Latte. Was available on Tassimo before but not anymore and the closest option does not taste as good. This one is very very very good.

So happy Starbucks just opened in saint eustache, I’ve been waiting for this! Saw the reviews before going and I was surprised but at the same time it’s a new location and all new locations need time to adjust.

The drive through was not busy at all so I went. I am happy to report that this Starbucks was just as great as any other I’ve been too. Service was fully bilingual and friendly, my coffee was on point even with my extra requests, my egg bites were delicious. Service was quick given they were not busy. Will have to go back a few times to test consistency but overall 5star service! Very nice building too. Getting into the drive though from the street was a bit confusing though… I had to go through the IGA … what looked like the entrance from the street was the exit from the drive through. Maybe I missed something, dunno.

The BEST Starbucks I have ever been too. As an avid Starbucks drinker the service and atmosphere are incomparable to any other Starbucks in Laval. I will continue to support them as they are kind and pleasant. Oh wait, especially Cat and her team who provided excellent service !

I think the negative reviews are a little unfair considering they only opened 3 weeks ago. An adaptation period should be expected. I went today and despite there being 5 cars in front of me it took under 6 min to get my drink. Friendly staff and great drink!

I talked with one of the employees, his name is Felix. I got great service and was welcome with a smile. I would greatly return.

Je suis habituée à une attente très longue lorsque je vais au service à l'auto dans une autre succursale dans les environs. J'ai donc été très surprise d'être moins de 5 minutes dans la file d'attente avec 4 voitures devant moi! Et ma commande était exacte, ce que j'apprécie beaucoup!

Bonjour, je voudrais partager mon expérience. Le service est impeccable, le personnel est très gentil, très patient et fait beaucoup d'efforts pour réussir. Je suis sur place de 3 à 4 fois par semaine, je vous vois aller, je vois le nombre de commandes que vous faites. Lâchez pas gang, on s'améliore, on devient meilleurs, l'important c'est de ne pas décourager. Merci de vos efforts, merci de votre patience, merci de votre travail.

**MAJ, en juin 2024, prend 2 minutes au service au volant a plus de 3 reprises.((Sa prend effectivement minimum 30 minutes pour 2 cafés. ))MAIS le service est excellent. Polie, courtois et profesionnel.
