I am a new customer as my former storage company increased my monthly rent from $121.00 to $221.00 (almost `100% increase), My sister has a storage unit at U Stow N Lock and praised them repeatedly. I went there today to rent a new storage unit and will be moving my belongings from my old storage facility to U Stow N Lock. I walked in and was immediately greeted, I went on a tour of the U Stow Facility and was beyond happy and 110% sure that I made the right decision. Everyone was nice, the Office Staff was very inviting, professional, courteous and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I was immediately interested as the Storage Company that I'm moving out from has a nice staff, however in the big picture scheme? I'd recommend U Stow N Lock to everyone that I can. I want to make sure that the staff is aware of how impressed I was with the way they handled a "New Customer". It was extremely easy to make the transition. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Awesome place!!!! Really friendly staff. A very user friendly facility!! Code in and code out, a light in the unit that we could drive right up to made moving easy. They also had pallets (for free) to put on the floor of the unit to keep our stuff off the ground..

These people are amazing! I am moving back home to Michigan and in between housing. They are making the transition super easy. I was able to view the storage unit, and they are super clean. They have taken care of everything I need so I can rest easy during my transition.

I'm in the middle of a major move from Chicago to downriver after nearly 30 yrs and it's a job for sure. However these folks went out of their way to help with my transition, everyone is super friendly and helpful, the facility looks well taken care of and secure with easy keypad entry etc, and the rates are perfect for those on a budget!

Great staff, very friendly, offered me two 10 x 10 units side-by-side that was cheaper than the 10 x 20 that I originally wanted that they held for me for a week when I called to set it up. Greatly appreciated the offer, much more space and convenient for my items. Customer service is top-notch!

An unfortunate accident occurred, but accidents happen and people and businesses should not be judged off of accidents, but rather their mitigation strategy and contingency plans. This business and Lindy specifically (the manager) went above and beyond to make up for their unfortunate accident. They were understanding, compassionate and their resolution was more than fair. I will never go anywhere else for my storage needs than here.

U Stow N Lock is a great option if you are looking for a storage unit. I currently have 3 storage units at the Fort Street location. The hours and location are very convenient for me. The units are very clean and the property is always well taken care of. The ladies in the office Lexi and Jackie are very personable and very helpful with everything.

Love this place. Clean, secure, friendly and roomy aisles. Had a unit here twenty years ago, loved it then came back and love it still. I would go nowhere else.
