I wanted to take a lesson from a team who promotes healthy makeup products. MisMack was the first website I saw in my search when I looked for one in the Victoria area.

Missy connected me with Heather at the Victoria location for a pampering session followed by a makeup lesson the next week.

Heather is knowledgeable, patient, listens to customers’ needs and customizes your experience to what you’re looking for. She explained some processes to help me with skin care, in addition to helping me better understand foundation

I leaned so much about foundation, skin products and the why behind many makeup application processes.

I had a great experience with the complimentary pamper session! Heather was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. As someone who doesn’t wear much makeup I was a bit nervous about being overwhelmed, but Heather really took the time to explain the products and processes, which I really appreciated!

I have been wanting to learn a little bit about skin care and makeup - and wanting to find a clean, natural, daily makeup routine - but I didn't know where to start. I was walking past MisMack so decided to go in and Heather was available and gave me a free "pampering" session and I learned so much, felt so beautiful, and walked out with such good stuff! (A foundation that mixes with "Body Glow" for a tinted moisturizer look, a mascara that doubles as an eyeliner, an eyeshadow color that works for contouring and bronzer and lip color as well, and two brushes that work with it all!) I love the simplicity - how things work together and for different purposes - and knowing that the products have such good, natural stuff in them. After I get used to what I got I have a few other products on my list to try that Heather used on me and felt so good. I'm so excited! I'm already scheming to get a lesson for my 14 year old friend and wishing I had gone 20 years ago to something like this too. Thank you so much Heather for the education and your kindness - you made my day.

MisMack has the best clean cosmetics. The staff is friendly and informative with no pushy sales pitch. I had a pamper session done and they provided a list of the products they used so I could come back and purchase them at a later date. I wanted to see how my skin reacted to the makeup I tried before purchasing it. I have sensitive skin. I also just received their makeup brushes as a gift from my sister and I love them too. They are amazing and work really well with their clean cosmetic products.

I had the pleasure to meet up with Heather Nightingale on an impromptu booking online for a complimentary session. She is professional yet so incredibly down to earth with such patience. She teaches about product knowledge plus technique to apply the make-up. Plus an unexpected treat of a mimosa to start off, it was a real relaxing experience.

I will come back to purchase some the products used but I was in a bit of a bind to run from one appointment to another on an otherwise hectic Saturday. I'm really sensitive to most make-up products as I have stress-prone skin, but all their products have been made from natural products and doesn't irritate my skin at all. Also some of the proceeds of products go to charitable causes like Habit for Humanity and the store operations have a very local community mindset which I like.

I had the pleasure of having a make up session with MisMack cosmetics and was absolutely thrilled. I found the staff not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. I was nervous about my session as I do not usually wear mark up, however they made me feel so special and pampered. For the first time my skin did not break out after wearing product on it. I will have since told all my friends and family about this little gem. I can not wait to go back and learn more about what products will work best for me!

MisMack is a must every time I'm in Victoria. I am always amazed by these wonderful, clean, multi tasking super pigmented powerhouse products. I always learn so much from Heather - she listens to her customers, graciously shares her knowledge and ensures each customer leaves feeling more beautiful and confident. Three things: Missy is one of the most genuine people I've ever met with a sincere desire to help. Her excitement and dedication to her products and clients is obvious. The products themselves are amazing, particularly the nourishing skin oil and the nourishing cleansing balm - two of my favorite products. And lastly, her staff and the environment in her retail locations is one of the friendliest and accepting you'll find anywhere. Proud to know and support this entrepreneur.

I LOVE Mis MacK’s! Finally found products that are safe to use on my skin AND are incredible quality! The staff are always friendly and helpful with showing me how to apply products for the best results. I love how it’s multipurpose (colour can be used on lips, cheeks, eyelids or setting powder can be used on the face or as a dry shampoo! All tips their well trained staff have to offer!)

Was in need of some makeup and a quick google search helped me determine that MisMacK Clean Cosmetics was a top contender. I’m so happy I went in: Heather Nightingale was beyond helpful and generous with her time in explaining the benefits of products and how best to use them. The eye shadow colors are vibrant and beautiful and Heather matched my skin tone to a foundation shade in about 5 seconds. The space feels like a small makeup studio, I highly recommend allowing a little time for a quick application tutorial. Oh and their brush cleaner is by far the best I’ve ever used! Super effective and easy to use, it made cleaning my brushes (a hateful task) almost enjoyable.

I love this place. I used to order online and every order came with a handwritten Thank you note. Great location and truly great service. They spend the time and give you all the tips. I've been using various products from MisMack for years and they last a very long time. 🙌

The products are amazing especially for someone like me who finds the mainstream makeup to be too heavy. But when I found Mismack Clean Cosmetics i fell in love.. would you enjoy a mascara so pure and fantastic that you can use it as an eyeliner? too! the best and i never used mascara in 40 yrs but this is a mind blower. THE EYE SHADOWS ALSO can be used for all over the face! now that is pure. i bought a whole assortment after my fantastic makeup session with Heather. No matter your experience you need to go there! i am 67 and have done makeup for other companies and as a model and i learned a lot from MisMack.

I had a consultation with Joey online to go over products. Not only was Joey able to find some perfect skin care products but also a perfect match for my skin when I purchase the Flawless Foundation. I really love every product especially the Skin Oil . For someone who is conscious about chemicals in products , this entire brand is in line with my preferences.
