Great selection and nice staff

Friendly staff and above - expected experiences twice now. Once I asked if they had a drink in stock and the employee even checked the back for me. Two was when I've gone with my baby on me in a carrier, the cashier called someone over to help me bring my purchases to my car without me even asking. I was so touched by how considerate he was.

Typical LCBO as far as layout and such. The staff are awesome though. Very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff as per usual! Easy lay out to follow, with clearly marked isles. On the day I went they were doing a price change so some items did not have an easy to spot price tag (totally understand takes awhile to get the whole store up and on the go). They also have been slowly expanding their cider selection which is great for me :) even carrying some that don't use citric acid as a preservative.

This store has such a great selection and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I walked out very happy and smiling. Super friendly!

Nice selection and friendly staff

Carleton place has a pretty good LCBO. They have a good selection for smaller town. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. I was recommended a cheaper bottle of red wine for about $8 and it ended up being really good. Toro bravo I think was the name.

Love shopping there. Found these small one serving bottles, perfect to take somewhere you can't drink a lot. Good variety of red and white. Can always find great Xmas gifts and my regular favorite German wine, and great selection of Canadian wines.

Have had an interesting experience at this location, due to recent events. Patricia did an exemplary job of keeping rational, calm but firm control of the situation outside and the rest of the staff did just as well inside. Cannot commend these people enough. Thank you.

Staff are friendly, helpful and samples are fun here! Walked in 4 minutes before close one day and was still served, even though they were prepping the store for closure. Decent variety of alcohol, beer and coolers at this location.

Love our local LCBO, especially the full-time staff who are amazing. One is even known far and wide as the reliable go-to expert for anything LCBO!!
