This is the best place to camp in Ontario. Friendly and perfect staff. They are courteous and respectful and make your stay very enjoyable. Very safe and clean sites. Definitely recommend coming here.

Good campground. Lots of sites the water is nice and warm. You can see freighters travelling back and forth.

Really loved this campground. Nice lake views. Very manicured and forested. Lots of room to roam. Plenty of photo ops. Black squirrels everywhere and an abundance of geese. Nice shower facilities. Relatively level pullthru campsites. Woke up to an amazing sunrise.

One of the most beautiful and well-kept Parks I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Bathrooms were new and spotless. A gorgeous property right on the Lawrence River. They also have three cabins right on the river in a very nice location with great views.

Our campsite was facing the St.Lawwrence river. The campground was very clean and the grass well maintained. They have a playground for children. The staff is very courteous. Great place !

We rented a cabin for 4 days. We were 4 and very comfortable . The cabins sleep 6. In the bedroom there is a queen and 2 bunk beds, and in the other area there is a futon, table and benches, full fridge, microwave and AC!!

2023 update: It's our 3rd year in a row renting the same cabin - we still absolutely love it! It's basic and rustic but that's what makes it so great. Being your kayaks, canoes or SUPs as the water is great for paddling. Still worth the 5 stars!

Really awesome campsite right on the St Lawrence with a nice beach and views of the passing ships - highly recommend!!

Very nice place. Super large camping lots so plenty of space. Lots of lots into the woods if you want to be far from other campers. Bathroom could be renovated, they are not the best ones, but that won't refrain me from going again.

We were here when it was stinking hot, but having the beach was great. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned multiple times a day.
The grounds were very well maintained.
Staff was very nice and extremely helpful
Will continue to camp here as it is close to Montreal

Friendly- mostly bilingual staff (that's good!), very nice waterfront sites - at a higher rate of course. And excellent spot for a relaxing weekend or stay longer. My first visit was in 1998 and I'm still coming!

Great campground. Kid friendly & fur baby friendly. Recommend to anyone. Clean park and friendly staff.
Please Disregard @ Nota Realgenius review (just before mine) as they clearly have no clue where ‘boundaries lines are and our trailer is well within our lot line. We are allowed 3 ‘tent’ structures including our trailer.
I apologize if we had our own pick nick table and the second one that is provided by the park is just too much for you to stand.
As far as the tent behind - its NOT a 5 person tent, it’s a 2-3 person tent. It was camped in by our son and his friend and was wet and needed to dry before packing up- unfortunately it’s been raining a lot every day since so we have to leave it out.
We are a family of 4 so, yes, I apologize, we have 3 bicycles.
I paid extra to have our smaller vehicle at our site because driving our big truck that pulls our camper isn’t as economical.
Seeing as you obviously do a lot of camping [insert sarcasm here] with family, (you have a luxurious 40’ Diesel-pusher with all the bells and whistles for 2 people? ), May I suggest being neighborly and actually having a conversation with us before hiding in you $200k (+\-) motorhome, connecting to your own Wifi and bashing others for their troubles on google and posting pictures ???
We could have shared a coffee/tea/wine, and you would have realized that this is our home... Literally. We are in between campgrounds because they were all booked up. We had no where else to go and Glengarry Campground had a space. Furthermore our camper is finally breaking down after 15 years and we are about to get another and must place some items outside to make the upcoming switch.
Perhaps next time you could find another spot where your less bothered by ‘things’.
A big THANK YOU to Glenngarry Campground for accepting us as who we are and what we’re going through at the moment.

Cabins are close together but my neighbours were nice and quiet. Right at the waters edge. I had a great time.

Great spot! We stayed in an RV during the last week of July. Beach was sandy and clean, playgrounds were well enjoyed by kids, grass was well maintained. We would recommend and return.

I go there every summer with all my family, beautiful and pricing is reasonable too. They have a very good play area for the kids, that you can watch them play whilst doing your BBQ.

We just visited for the day, but we did walk around and it seems like a nice quiet and clean place to camp.

There is a beach and picnic tables for people just coming for the day, and it's about 3 km or so from the town where they have a few restaurants.

Wonderful place, well maintained, no bugs or spiders in the bathroom or shower. Only downside is the cabin check in and check out time.10am check out is way too early.

Nice family beach destination, too bad we couldn’t swim due to the high bacteria count but still a great day

Good short drive from Montreal. People come here to enjoy the beach, camp and there's cabin rentals, too!
