I had the best experience today! I ordered 9 drinks and a donut through the app for pickup. My co-worker went to pick it up and when he came back, the order was missing a beverage and a few items were wrong. That was fine, we should have counted before we left and we all know that mistakes can happen in a busy restaurant. What made my day was when I called. I wish I had of asked for her name so I could name her personally, but she was so sweet! She was so apologetic and willing to make it right. We couldn't get back to the store so she made me up a gift card and dropped it off to my work on her way home!! Who does that? I was so very happy. Mistakes happen for all of us, but how the mistakes are rectified is what counts and this employee knocked it out of the park! Thanks kind lady!!

I went into this location last week for coffee. It was the defiantly one of the best coffees I ever had. I was greeted by a very pleasant staff member by the name of Jackson.he was very accommodating and friendly.

The best Tim's in town. I always visit their drive thru and they're often fast and friendly. During the last power outage they served so many customers all at once who lost power. You're doing great guys! There'll be busy days and some mistakes but every day is a new day ❤

I love this location in CP. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and I find that the general cleanliness of the building is really good.
I tried a Chipotle Cheddar Chicken wrap today for the first time. It was really good and I was surprised that I liked it so much. It's basically seasoned grilled chicken strips, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle sauce wrapped in a tortilla and grilled to perfection. I highly recommend it and I'm definitely going back tomorrow for another one. Damn...I ate it so quick that I forgot to take a picture of it

It a Tim's and they are about the same . You sometimes get a better selection of Tim bits in the big cities then in small towns . Most food is alright for a quick meal on the go.

One of my favorite places. The staff are a great. The food is the same as everywhere else which is great.

This is the best tim Horton's I goto when visiting from BC. I come to Ottawa and travel to Toronto and back for family. This is one if not the only tim Horton's I goto in Ontario that has honey for Tea !!! Why this is a thing blows me away but it's true. Every single order I've made there has been perfect.

We decided to go to this location this morning because the Timmys on Hwy. 7, is crazy busy!
THIS location is very well organized, and gets their orders to you quickly - and RIGHT!! Will go back there again!! We saved 4 minutes -- at peak time (6:25am)!!

Regular here. The older staff is always friendly and efficient. Some of the younger ones, especially in the drive through, give no acknowledgement, no hi or thanks or please or have a good day. 5 stars still due to the regular day full time staff.

Tims great like usual - more so when they still have chilli or soups that are right in your *craving* space. Everything was safe with reorded contact tracing for inside dining.

Can't live without coffee from Timmy's. This location makes ally favorites.
