Tim Hortons

November 6, 8:30pm ish...

You know how it goes, cold, damp night calls for a Tim's. Ok, ok, tims is for all the time. Got hot and cold drinks and lady at counter was nice when we asked her what tea flavours were available which we didn't know. Tim's had so many. Tropical green tea is nice

This was the best Tim Hortons experience of my life. The workers were so sweet and made the food with love. My friends and I all left content and replenished in our time of need. Keep up the good work champs

Great service and indoor dining available at well-maintained and clean tables. Great Christmas motif today.

Since I have first come to this Tim Horton's, the staff was and still is friendly and helpful. A big bonus is that they seem to always have chili.

Not a lot of changes to report - friendly staff and speedy service is terrific.

One of the better Farmer’s breakfast wraps I’ve had. Nice personable staff and a great location for a pit stop if your travelling along highway 7. 😎👍

I went in this afternoon about 4:00 after leaving the Franktown location mad as hell. Although the 2 young servers couldn't resolve my problem, they tried to reach Scot Moore, the Owner. Failing that, they wrote down my contact info & will give it to him. I left with coffee & muffin I wanted about 4:20.

The Servers name was sheri or cheryl, served me today around 11 am on July 20th , what a positive dose of energy , you guyz should be making her your brand ambassador , simply fantastic customer service by her, that's the kind of smile and face you should be serving your customers with.

The staff at this location always seem to amaze me. Every Tim Hortons should lead by example of what great leadership and customer service really is. Always greeting with a smile. You have an amazing team and you should be proud of it.

Luxury perfume and soap store. Buying anything there is quite an experience.

Excellent staff and very clean establishment

Always fresh and delicious food. Fast and efficient service with a smile. The drive thru moves along nicely. Customer service is at it's best. A nice place to stop by and stay for awhile. Clean restaurant area with handicapped seats available if you choose?
Overall I found this Timmy's well managed and an excellent place to have a good meal.

I stopped and had supper with a friend, and we hung out for an amazing visit...very nice time indeed.

Tim Hortons is the great Canadian coffee house experience. I know that there are other places that serve much finer coffee but I'm happiest with a small dark roast from "Timmy's" ... and perhaps a muffin. AND it is really nice that they are now serving vegan fare too! Unless you are a terrible snoot, you already enjoy getting your coffee here ... at least from time to time. Another interesting aspect to Tim Hortons in certain parts of town are that they kind of act like social clubs for different parts of the community. It makes me feel good that our country welcomes people from all over the world and the "melting pot" is often reflected at Tim Hortons.

I am from toronto, and my parents live in smithfalls! my boyfriend and i went to visit them and went shopping in ottawa. The ice coffees here are the best i have EVER had! it was unbelievable!! we even went back the next day and they were still good hehe

Everyone here was so nice! They set such a great example for what customer service should be.

Always very quick. Line up for drive-thu is odd (must wait at stop sign, then approach the speaker box) and requires a little patience when someone comes in from a different direction and cuts the line - just need to remember this is the quickest Timmie's line around.

All excellent...including a clean, nicely maintained washroom!

A long time staple of Canada's culture, the "Timmies" located in Carleton Place leave nothing to be desired. A habitual stop for many regulars on their way to work, Tim Horton's staff work incredibly hard to mix and balance speedy service with outstanding customer service.

Want more than drive thru? Take a step inside and enjoy a cozy environment complete with a warm (or even cold) drink next to the fireplace.

Had great service and went through the drive-thru very quickly! The design of the drive thru was very well organized and the window was at the perfect hieght. Food and Coffee was great! Highly recomend : )
