This location is way better than Jarry. It's so clean and modern. Great selection and friendly staff

I enjoyed all the food items I purchased from here; uncooked stuff like meat and veggies are very fresh. I sampled all types of buns from the bakery section, all super yummy and fresh! The roasted duck is huge, fresh and yummy. Many choices from home, love the 乖乖 pea chips and puffs as well as Taiwanese fish balls 虱目魚丸 & 虱目魚肚；I bought so much that I was worried how to carry things home, and it’s wonderful that they offer boxes 📦. Will come back often!

First time coming to this Kim Phat, which used to be an IGA and WOW! It is super clean, organized, has everything necessary that any Asian will need as an ingredient.
Very friendly staff as well! Looks very fresh their fruits and vegetables. Their are fresh fishes available as well. Meats, beers & lots of varieties if beverages available (see pictures). Can be a little pricey, but worth it if you have the extra money for fresh foods!

Lots of places for free parking right at the side of Kim Phat.
There's also a YMCA (Cartierville) near it, dry cleaning, Vietnamese Pho restaurant, Chatime for bubble tea.🧋

This store has a lot of Asian products as well as fruits and vegetables. There is Also a lot of fresh fish ,chicken and meat. My favorite thing to buy are the fresh buns with pork. They also have sweet bread which is very fresh and not too sweet.

For Chinese stuff it's the pest one I see.

I found everything I wanted. The staff working were nice and the place was really clean.(maybe the carts weren't, but they had product at the entrance) spent way more time here than I thought I would. Got all the fun flavoured beverages, Ice creams, snacks, and exotic fruits.

I decided to try and do my groceries at this place instead of mainstream supermarkets

Was pleasently surprised!

Their strength is definitely the fish & meat section. Products were in great variety and were very fresh. The prices were also very low for the weekly specials. They also keep this section very clean and tidy.

As for the vegetables and groceries section, it feels a bit more expensive than other places and they have less variety of regular products. As for imported asian products, they have a very large variety where you can find new interesting things to try.

The staff was also super nice. I will return again!

In my opinion the best of the Kim Phat locations. Huge selections, lovely clean modern store, great prices and friendly helpful staff who have the patience to help me with my awful Cantonese pronunciation.

Also enjoyed an excellent culturally bizarre experience of shopping for Asian food while someone is blasting the Best of the Smiths over the PA.

Hugely recommended.

Place is bigger than other Kim Phat in Montreal, clean, well organized and diversity present in staff selection.

Clean and organized. A bit pricey compared to c&t but I like that it's not crowded.

One of the best Asian supermarket in town! Very well-stocked with Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian… products. Very clean and well-organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There's a hand washing station just as you enter, things are well spaced to allow you to keep well over 2m of social distance from others, masks are mandatory. They're doing their best to protect from and keep covid at bay.

The store is very clean, well stocked with fresh produce and a great variety of products. It is located where the old IGA used to be, but they've organized themselves in such a way that there is much more stock and space than IGA ever managed to have.
They have lots of fresh baked good and even banh mi sandwiches, something I've yet to see in the other 2 Asian groceries in the area. Prices are a little more expensive than C&T, but less so than Lian Tai. It's always a pleasure to come out to Kim Phat, it's like a little treat in my week.

New place is clean and has a good variety of food to select from. I’m happy that it has many dry, fresh and frozen vegetarian food for me to buy. The layout is convenient to know where to look for my ingredients. Thank you Kim Phat for doing a good job!

Been shopping at the location on Jarry street for years and very satisfied.
My wife has Chinese roots so we shop here for ingredients that you wouldn't find in a regular grocer for her handed down authentic
special Cantonese recipes.
Recently discovered the location in ville St. Laurent on Keller street while driving my wife to her doctor's appointment who's clinic happens to be nearby.
This is a smaller version than the other but an excellent alternative.
The place is very clean and organized.
The food selection is just great.
Full variety from frozen foods to fresh fish and seafood to vegetables... canned goods...teas...soups... condiments even cooking utensils and accessories.
Shelves are fully stocked.

Can't say anything bad about this place.

This was the first time here and definitely not my last.
I recommend.

Wow amazing store if you are looking for great quality price tropical Fruits and vegetables. They always have great deals and you won't break your budget. It is far better than other places. I highly recommend.
