Toilettage Puptown Grooming

Been going for years even before they opened their beautiful salon. Susan and Emma are amazing with my triplets which adore everyone there. I can’t start to imagine my dog grooming experiences have always been great with them, the staff is also polite and loving to my dogs.
A definite must go and visit!!

I had just gotten my rescue dog, and she was full of knots, Sue made her look like a new dog and she was so happy to not have those painful knots that she was acting like a puppy at the age of 7!! Thank you so much for making our little girl feel loved again and happy!! She is living her best life now!!

Emma is the best groomer there is. Puptown takes care of my mom's rescue golden, giving him the excellent care with the place all to himself because he's scared of other dogs. I heard such good things that I started taking my dachshund Willow there. When I moved to Ottawa I tried other places, but Willow was always traumatized when I would pick her up from other groomers who were obviously just forcing lots of dogs to get groomed as fast as possible and stressing them out. Now, even though I live far, I book appointments with puptown when I come to Montreal to visit my mom. I don't care if it's far because Emma and her team clearly care about dogs and try to let the dogs relax and feel safe - not to mention Willow looks and smells fantastic when I pick her up!

This is the very best grooming place I have ever been too. So kind and caring for the pups! Simply love them. I wouldn’t take my rescue dog anywhere else. He is scared and not always great with other dogs and they take care of him like he was their own. They are simply the very best!

What a fantastic grooming experience! The owners were extremely kind and took amazing care of my dog - you can tell they take their work to heart. The shop itself was also very welcoming and had a relaxing atmosphere. The grooming job they did was 12/10, and I even got my puppy featured on their Instagram page.

We finally found our forever groomer! We've brought our Samoyed to several other groomers but never found quite the best fit. Not only did our boy get the best grooming he's ever had, the team was so amazing and caring! You can tell they truly love what they do! Can't recommend them enough, looking forward to our next visit!

Charming salon with boutique-like feel. The groomers were so gentle and caring with my senior dog. You can tell these women are real animal lovers! Best cut my dog ever had, grew out beautifully.

Moani loves going to puptown groomers! She is always happy to go and everyone greets her with so much love! She also loves spending time with the other dogs when she is done!

The groomers at Puptown did a wonderful job on our dog Spawk! He is usually very skittish, but at Puptown, he seemed to feel much more comfortable than other places. There just seems to be a good vibe there. The grooming was ten on ten.

Excellent service from people who truly love animals. “When you love your job, it’s not work!”... this shows. Susan and her daughter opened up their own pet-grooming business after having worked decades for others. My 3 dogs look forward to going to their grooming appointments because they get so spoiled there.. and also come out looking trim and proper. I highly recommend Puptown, and definitely support this family-run business.
