My shopping experience was exceptional, thanks to Karin (Supervisor) and Derek (cash). Karin guided me through my selection process, and went out of her way to ensure I had the opportunity to explore the options available. She was kind, courteous, and very honest. Beyond this, the store was very clean, organized, and well laid out. Derek answers my questions with patience, humor, and kindness. They are both GEMS. What a great experience!
