Willowbrook Medical Clinic

Been coming here for years, saw Dr ghazali and Dr khan. But now I see Dr Mouisset regularly. I absolutely love this clinic! The care Dr Mouisset gives really shows i've never felt unheard and she's taken the time over the past 2 years to really help figure me out. Giving proper referalls, getting me the surgery and all the tests I've needed. I can't say enough good things. Receptionists were super helpful in getting old medical records and all around a wonderful experience everytime. It's doctors and staff like this that really makes a difference in the world

I've been looking for a good place to go the staff is amazing , very caring great customer service , the best doctor I have ever gone to my son loves going there he is only 5 years old always feel welcomed 😊

I have been a patient here for many years. I have never had a bad experience. The Reception staff are always kind and helpful. Many times they have accommodated me at the last minute, for which I am very grateful. Yes, sometimes the wait may be a bit longer than anticipated but that is to be expected with a walk-in clinic. (That is no different than any other walk-in clinic).
Dr. Khan and Dr. Ghazali are very thorough and professional. I am treated with respect and understanding.

I was searching for Tdap vaccine and this was the only pharmacy in Surrey that had the supplies. Their customer service is great. All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Just the right exercises as well as manually fixing the ones that were strained. It was fast turn around as my shoulder couldn’t move for 4/5 days before I went in and started getting better within two days.

Excellent, professional, and top notch clinic! All customers, including Indigenous clients, are treated with genuine respect and dignity. Basic health services are provided regardless of Health Insurance coverage. Unlike other Health service providers that deny basic health care services to Indigenous clients due to their Health Insurance coverage and race.

Dr. Khan is a great, respectful, and thoughtful physician who actually listens to the patients' problems and concerns. Unlike other Langley physicians (and clinics) who simply see you as another dollar sign, who rarely listen to your concerns, who treat you with little respect and who quickly usher you out of the clinic door.

I have been a patient of Dr Khan for over 5 years. He is professional & respectful. I also have a very good repor with the clerks. There have been a lot of changes over the years regarding walk-ins & office hours. The patient load has increased, I dont think he is even taking new patients. A person use to be able to go in as a walkin any time of the day. Then it started to get that people who had appointments were being impacted by all the walkins. It is not that they stop taking walkins @ 11 am they only have so many spots available each day.
Doctors get paid a fee for each patient they see. Some clinics will put people in & out all day. I am glad Willowbrook Medical Clinic is more concerned with quality of care rather than quantity. The clerks may not be big bubbly rays of sunshine but they know their "stuff" & manage that clinic very efficiently.

After reading some reviews I was sorry to read some visits were unpleasant because of the rude receptionist........she was extremely rude and had a bad attitude she has been gone for more than a year and the replacements ladies are so wonderful don’t judge this clinic because of the receptionist.....thankfully she is gone and not causing bad feelings.
I have been seeing Dr. Kahn almost from the beginning of this clinic opening and I look forward to seeing him because he is the kindest Dr. He is so professional and kind and will always tell it like it is...
I have also seen dr. ghosali who is also very nice and knowledgeable whenever dr. Khan gets a break. I highly recommend dr.khan and his relief dr. Gosali......

I visited the Willowbrook Medical Clinic as a walk-in - the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I barely had to wait to see a physician. Dr. Khan was very patient while listening to me and super thorough in addressing my concerns. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dropped in today and they seem very organized. Was able to get a last minute appointment though I had to wait for a bit with hope for a cancellation as they were booked and were no longer taking walk-ins. Had a good experience overall.
