Repairware really came through for me and went out of their way (literally as my city was not in ther coverage area) in fixing my Schwinn 470 elliptical! Nuccio, the techinician was clearly an expert in this field, was very communciative about the process and kindly provided some great maintenance advice! They did a terrific job at a great price and delivered it with a smile! 5 STARS!!!

Was called the day after I left a message with the company. During the call, the person was friendly, knowledgeable, and booked the appointment that same day. The tech called 30mins. before as per the conversation I had. Upon the visit, the tech performed various elimination test. Diagnosed the problem, then fixed it all within a 50mins. time frame. Test the unit several times. Explained the repair warranty. Then departed. This company was all pro. from beginning, to end. Would use them again, and again, and you shou;d too.

Just honest!!! My expectations were met for a problem on my elliptical machine as he was honest, responsive and very reasonable. I called other companies and their system seemed to find a way to charge you at first when you don’t necessarily need to.

Tech was not available to visit my home, but the person who took my call took the time to give solid advice and offered two referrals for my area. Best customer service I've received in a long time. And they didn't even get business out of it.

I had RepairWare fix an out of warranty Perlick Commercial Grade Fridge. I was worried expensive parts would be required. The appliance tech was very professional and fixed the problem within 1 hour. I had an issue after the initial repair, and RepairWare came back the next day (no charge) to further support my needs. Everything is working perfectly now! **RepairWare is a very professional and legit operation - I highly recommend them.

Ken was so very helpful when he kindly suggested I trouble shoot two simple things before a service call. These folks could have come, collected their initial fee and fixed it in under two minutes. I am so impressed that there are still companies out there that are professionally honest and geared toward customer service. My wife has noted your number and we will be sure to have you come to take care of all our appliance repairs needs. We own a lot of Samsung machines and so based on my experience to date with these appliances you could very well be into many repair jobs going forward.

I called about the need for a part for an old treadmill and Ken was extremely helpful by finding me a store in Ottawa who had one. While the part didn't solve the problem he has volunteered to have his Ottawa Tech talk to me to advise if anything else can be done. This is very much appreciated and I can't say enough about the proessional approach and attitude of this company.

I was so happy with their service 5 years ago on my treadmill, that I just had to use them again a few weeks ago when it started making this squeaking noise.
I’ve been training since October to run a 10k in June. My treadmill being out of order for more than a few weeks was non-negociable.
Nuccio, my assigned technician was amazing. He came in and knew exactly what he was doing. No messing around. Super efficient. Thanks to his expertise, I basically have a new treadmill. Really recommend using them.

Got my Samsung fridge repaired today - technician was knowledgeable, service was quick, he explained the issue to me, even fixed something else that I hadn't originally called for. Coordination was easy and fast too. Highly recommend!

Kenmore stacked washer/dryer did not drain. Sent technician next day, thorough diagnosis, ordered two parts, came back few days later, quick and flawless install, everything back to normal. Thank you!!

Great experience - saved me a lot of money. My son's laptop had a broken power cord connector. The store we bought it from said it was just off warranty so it would cost over $300 and 4 weeks to fix it!!! They said I should just buy a new one. I found these guys through google, and they fixed it for $80 with next day service.
I've been back twice for other repairs and am very happy with the service and the money I have saved.
