I want to thank Matthew and Camille for operating a true community-connected business, and for being caring individuals.

The front of our Smiths Falls office building was graffitied with profanity yesterday. We have a lot of seniors and others who come here for services. Our landlord was on vacation and not able to respond.

Fortunately for us, Matthew and a colleague drove by this morning and saw the graffiti. It did not meet the standard that they hold for their community, they were not prepared to allow it to be there, and they stopped and took care of the problem.

They tried painting over it first, but it didn't work with the cold temp. So..... they came back a second time, with a different company vehicle equipped with a pressure washer. And they took care of the problem.

Nobody asked them to do this. They don't anticipate being paid.

This is the definition of what it is to be a small, community based business with values and integrity.

I appreciate them a great deal, and I will drive any business I can their way in the future.

We had a flood in our basement on a weekend in February. PuroClean was onsite with their emergency cleaning crew in no time. They were meticulous, careful with the contents and furniture, and did an amazing job at mitigating the damage. We hired them for a portion of the rebuild as well (only a portion because we are DIY'ers). They were fast and the work was extremely well done - and they left the place spotless on top of it! I'm very impressed with this company and their staff. I would definitely recommend them. Special thanks to Mat, Joe R., and to Nick and Joe (the floor guys).

In laws had a house fire it happened at 4pm on the Friday of a long weekend after one call the PuroClean team were there almost instantly. They worked tirelessly late into the night getting things cleaned up. The crew was professional, friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to not have to worry and know my in laws were in great hands. We would recommend again in the future.

Excellent emergency service! We experienced a major flood in our house and PuroClean provided a prompt and well coordinated response. Their team worked quickly to remove damaged materials and dry the house. I found them very friendly and easy to deal with - this was welcome relief in the midst of such a chaotic event. Happy to say my experience with Puroclean Smiths Falls was above and beyond my expectations. They took the time to go over their areas of expertise, and I was amazed by the services they offer, but do not push on you. They are polite and on time and have very reasonable rates.
The testing they have available for air quality, asbestos, lead testing, water quality, damage, mold, dealing with fire and bio-hazard clean up they really cover a lot of areas. As a local Realtor I am more than happy to recommend this company to my clients with a sense of having done the right thing. I had been arguing with my insurance company about water damage to my basement. The insurance company sent out PuroClean when they weren't happy with a quote I'd gotten from a local company.
I could not be happier with the PuroClean staff and Mr Rever. Everyone I talked to was friendly and patient. Mr Rever absolutely went to bat for me and helped me navigate the insurance claim. Would absolutely recommend.

Little late on getting a review up but I had my basement gutted by Puroclean. Great company the staff management were all on point and I would recommend this company to anyone needed work done.

Don't use unless you like overcharged and under-delivered care. Booked a cleaner for four hours in an empty house, and while she was able to come the next day the services were substandard. The "cleaning" was cursory at best, particularly in the kitchen and has had to be redone. Not expecting hospital or lab quality of clean but missing big chunks of dust or grease seems to be an indication of the quality of service. To add insult, when booking she said she would bring a second person who was training and wouldn't charge for the person training but billed for both of their time in the final cost, doubling the bill. Not worth your time or money at any cost.
