We had a small flood but one that had spread between floors. Phoenix was excellent.
They responded really quickly and were able to identify the water's location and movements. They were reassuring in being able to explain what steps needed to be taken and why, the order of the work and presented a realistic time frame for repairs. They prioritized drying the areas out thoroughly.
Phoenix brought in specialists to deal with drywall, tile and cabinetry and these people were highly skilled and attentive to every detail. They worked with us to make sure we were pleased with the plans and results and responded really quickly to any concern we had.
I would certainly recommend Phoenix for Disaster Response.

They parked in Kingston Ontario at Canadian tire with a massive boat being pulled by WHITE DODGE TRUCK PLATE br51632 and took up ALL four clearly marked handicap spaces. The store had to call over the intercom to ask them to move from all FOUR spaces. The men argued and cursed out people for asking them why they felt so entitled to park like that. Lots of photos of the vehicle and boat in parking spaces and photos of the drivers and occupants. Absolutely DISGUSTING and completely self centred behaviour all rolled up into mouthy entitled “men”.

My husband’s company was hired to work for Phoenix Disaster, not the insurance company. We submitted a bill to Phoenix Disaster and it’s been over 30 days and haven’t received payment.
Marlene, the so called person that works in the office is very rude, her attitude is something no company would want answering a phone. As I’m trying to find out out why Phoenix Disaster is not paying , she is saying they are waiting for insurance money…..
No, we didn’t work for the insurance company, we also have sub trades to pay. So because she didn’t like my questions and figured that I wasn’t listening to her,,she HUNG UP on me. Professional,,not,,rude yes. I went into the office and met this ignorant person,,don’t ever put up with ignorant people like her. PHOENIX DISASTER,,GET SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR OFFICE.

When you drive around with the business logo plastered on the truck and then take up 4 disabled spots at a Canadian tire, it tells me everything I need to know about how you view potential customers and the degree in which you have super vision over your employees and that they will do the job well.

These hacks parked in 4 handicap spots with their truck and boat. Laughed when asked to move.

Rude owners, unprofessional attitude, and inflated prices. Look for alternative companies if you need a job done, these guys couldn't care less.

Zero regard for others on the road. The last people you want to do business with based on their total lack of professionalism.

Not a good look for a company to take up 4 handicap spots 😬
