I can't say enough good things about Water Roots Spa. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and their expertise in skincare is evident from the results I've seen. Their facials are truly exceptional. Not only do they provide top-notch service, but the ambiance of the spa itself is so calming and rejuvenating. I highly recommend Cindy and her team to anyone looking for effective skincare solutions in a serene environment.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at this beautiful spa. I spent the entire afternoon there with the most genuine, delightful and talented, Olga. I have had many manicures and pedicures over my years but never have I come away feeling as pampered or as perfectly satisfied with the end result. I also treated myself, for the first time ever, to a facial, specifically "The Essential Facial". Having never had one before, I did not know what to expect. Well, my face hasn't felt as light and smooth as it does now at any other time in my life that I can remember! And wow! talk about relaxing lol!! Olga is magical and I WILL be back to soak that experience in again. I encourage all who read this to treat yourself to the services this calm, serene, clean day spa offers. You will walk in feeling welcomed and you will walk out feeling beautiful and as if you've just spent your time with dear friends. You will not be able to wait for your next visit ;-) Oh and lash and brow tints may be generally considered a routine and boring necessity but partnering it with the facial as Olga did for me gave my final look that perfect finishing touch!

I absolutely love this quaint spa! Each time I visit the owner Cindy and all the staff are welcoming and so knowledgeable. Cindy is a Godsend when it comes to skincare because she literally saved my skin... I would highly recommend any of their facial treatments.
The apothecary products are all locally made and are so luxurious.

I can't wait to visit again!

Water Roots is a luxe, relaxing escape that has it all -- I have been a happy customer for more than a decade. LOVE their handmade, organic body + home products alongside my favourite facials, massages, and pedicures.

The sell most incredible line of cosmetics - Jane iredale. I bought the tinted moisturizer, lip & cheek stain and mascara and they are all perfect and natural looking.
The spa manicure and pedicure is decadent and I’ll be back again and again.

I went for Holistic Retreat and I love it. I had stress and I was feeling really anxious. After I got this treatment from Holly, I felt so calm and relaxed. Amazing staff. She was very helpful and great listener. I will definitely go there for my next Reiki experience. She was so positive and again Thank you so much for giving me such a great experience.

Had the most wonderful body massage, coconut oil head massage, and mini facial with Ida yesterday. All the ladies were very welcoming. I was offered a tea while I waited on my appointment. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

I will definitely be back for more massages and to try out some of their other services.

This is a gem of a spa for many Spa activities. My wife loves this place and says it is a luxury to go there for a treatment. This is a busy place so you should expect to need an appointment rather than be able to walk in off the street. The staff is pleasant and ready to help and discuss the products they sell with good knowledge about the ingredients. They also enable you to buy customized gift certificates but only in person. If you are lucky you will get excellent service from their customer service representative Taylor, with her great smile and willingness to help. Nice to have a place this good in Bolton!

Highly recommended.my mom had very nice massage there and I went for reiki chakra cleansing. I really enjoyed and felt very light after the cleansing. Staff very pleasant and welcoming.love this amazing Spa!

I have been using Cindy's handmade products for a few years now and have always appreciated the purity of ingredients that she uses. When I've looked at other companies that have natural products, they always have fillers and other "dirty" ingredients in their list, I don't consider that to be pure.
I recently used her rose and patchouli bath bomb and scrub. I passed by a woman and she stopped me to say how much she loved the scent that I was wearing. I made sure to tell her what the scent was and it's all natural!
I continue to be a client of Cindy's because I trust that the blends that she creates for her products are pure and genuine, thank you Cindy for your creations!

Cindy and her team are so thoughtful, knowledgable and offer many services. Just walking in the door I feel relaxed taking in the scents of Cindy's home made products. Best spa in Bolton!

I absolutely love this Spa. I've gone to so many places in the past for facial treatments & Water Roots is the best place I've ever had my facial treatments. Love her homemade soaps, candles body butters & balms. Truly amazing. She makes so many pure natural products. I won't trust anyone doing my facials. I also love getting my pedicure & manicures there, Amanda is wonderful she does such an awesome job on my shellac manicures. Truly love her work. If you haven't visited this incredible gem of a spa in the heart of Bolton, your missing out! I worked with Cindy at Water Roots Day Spa for a year as a hairstylist and I moved to another city and that’s why I couldn’t work there anymore. But we remain in touch because she is such an awesome and real person. Honestly someone I consider a friend.
