Service was amazing, went there a few days ago and the guy who made my drinks was efficient and super nice! Great service and great quality 10/10!

Gave me the most watered down ice coffee I’ve ever had in my life! Was just passing by to grab some stuff as I was on a road trip to Tobermory. Stopped by a dollar store and grabbed those starbucks frappuccinos and poured that in my ice coffee. It still tasted watery. The guy who took our order was nice though

Went here to get a drink and while waiting for my order the two female employees working were extremely rude to the guy that was working with them. The male employee took my order and was great and super nice! The two females continued to speak rudely to him in front of other waiting customers and it was extremely uncalled for and unprofessional, they two girls also spoke to each other about him while he was completing other tasks and I was able to hear and see everything they did. Not a fan of that, as someone who worked in a cafe job especially and I know it can be frustrating but so uncalled for to do in front of customers

This location is extremely slow. They also seem to prioritize walk in customers over mobile orders. Heads up, you’ll want to order on the app about 20 mins before you arrive. If you have the time you’re better off going to the location on Riddell. Writing this as I’ve waited 30 mins for a coffee that I pre ordered lol.

Waited 15 mins for a short coffee.
Made an iced coffee by mistake, then seemed very confused about what a regular drip coffee was. Needs a manager or competent barista.

Doesn't make what you ordered, bad service when you're came first and service last

Waited in line for 10mins to redeem a birthday reward to be told this location doesn't do points or rewards.

Poor service. If somebody wants to be late come to this unprofessional and lazy Starbucks stop.
