First time dealing with this dealership, and I couldn't be happier. They had a nice Camaro convertible in their used car inventory(pic attached), so I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Kyle Challis. Absolute first class sale's person. Courteous, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular Kyle if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great staff. Honest and dependable. My key for my car was broken and was loosing my key a lot. So even if they did not have the part in stock they took the time to glue it up until they receive more in the comming weeks. Thank you!

Great Customer Service. I had issues with our vehicle and the Service Department and Technicians took our vehicle in immediately. We had just returned from the Winchester Hospital and got the issue solved and we were on our way. Highly recommend Upper Canada Chevrolet.

Had a transmission over heat while traveling down the highway. Luckily it happened as I was passing Morrisburg. I have a GMC Yukon...they took me in one hour before close, pinpointed the problem and scheduled the work for first thing next morning when they got the parts. So a transmission filter and fluid change and a transmission cooling rad installed for $500. So fast and friendly service for a great deal.

My folks broke down on the 401 yesterday and the good people down the street at Napa/Autopro in town recommended that they get towed (by their caa) to this GM dealership. They were treated unbelievably well. They (Upper Canada motors) squeezed them in to look at my father's Duramax at the last minute -which turns out couldn't have been repaired right then and there anyway, they spent a great deal of time on the phone in search of a local transmission specialist and even shuttled them to a hotel and got them a special rate and they didn't charge them a thing. Not even for the sythetic transmission fluid that they used up during the diagnosis. I was very pleased that my folks were not taken advantage of what so ever and were catered to with so much care and guidance during an unfortunate time. Hi let me just say i have delt with Upper Canada Motor sales in Morrisburg. I live in Cornwall. Every time i have called them or went and seen them i have had nothing but friendly curtious and profession service. My van is only a 2006 and i did not buy it there but that does not seem to matter with them becuse i still always get excellent service. I know its 25 miles for me to go there but its well worth it they always make you feel like your an important customer and that they value your bussiness. Now im buying 4 new tires off them thats a $800.00 sale.

Had engine trouble, pulled into their shop and luckily they had a service cancellation. Repaired vehicle immediately. Great, honest service! Much appreciated!
