The Noshery Steakhouse

This is a must try spot when in the area. The steaks are done to perfection. I chose fresh vegetables as a side and they came fresh and crispy. The loaded baked potato was delicious. Be sure to make a reservation to avoid disappointment, as the dining room is small and filled up quickly. The service was friendly and familiar. I can't wait to come back.

Best sea scallops!! Cooked to perfection. Loved doing trivia while waiting for food. Lighted magnifying glass helps old folks. All the decor nostalgic , fun and makes you smile

Terrific! They were booked the last time we were in Brockville, so this time we got in. Calm, small, quiet, quirky, great atmosphere, and service. Food was divine! We definitely will be back to try other items on the menu. A great evening ☺. The owner even contributed to a care package for an active service member overseas, that I'm putting together. We enjoyed asking each other Trivial Pursuit questions while we waited.

I travel frequently and can say with confidence that the Noshery is my favourite steakhouse in Canada. It is a down to earth, come as you are environment with great quality steak and outstanding, personable service. You can come alone and make friends or come for special occasions, either way you’re guaranteed an amazing meal and a friendly environment. If you like mushrooms, “nosh it up” and you will not be disappointed. And yes, you can play trivial pursuit while sipping wine and taking in Mario and Star Wars memorabilia.

Pull of the 401 - it’s worth it.

If you are in Brockville and only have time for one meal, don’t bother looking anywhere else. We had our dog with us so we’re not able to enjoy the cute atmosphere of the restaurants dining area, but the takeout was fantastic.

The loaded potato skins were a game changer! The caprese salad was amazing. And the Cubano sandwich was great. The only change I would ask would for the bread to be pressed.

Everything was super tasty and very well presented!

Awesome support of local producers and products. This is NOT fast food and NOT generic meals like many other restaurants try to pass off as homemade.

This new vibrant place has original recipes made in house from as many local suppliers as they can. Prices do reflect that but then again if you want a fast, cookie cutter type of meal then you can choose from many other chain restaurants in town. If you want fresh original food then The Noshery is your stop.

The decor is eclectic and fun, especially for music lovers and Star Wars fans. They've opened a deli / country store next door where you can source local honey, fresh bread, meats and coffees. Very cool. This place is a welcome addition to downtown and worth going back to. It's also worth a slight diversion off the 401 if you're driving past Brockville. Drop in for a great meal then walk it off visiting the historic train tunnel close by.

A great restaurant! Awesome classic cocktails, super friendly service and great food. The best steakhouse in the Brockville (maybe Ottawa) area. I have been here at least 3 times, the steak and seafood are always cooked to perfection, the bar is well stocked and their bar tending skills match their skill in the kitchen. Make sure you make a reservation a couple days in advance because it's a busy spot and will only get busier.

Loved this place. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I had fish n chips and it was delicious. Definitely want to go back! Loved the decor there.

We discovered this cozy lovely little restaurant downtown Brockville on King Street. The food was delicious, service exceptional, with a great ambiance and good music. We will definitely go back !!

Went here for my 60th birthday dinner it was absolutely fabulous. I had the glazed duck breast with fresh roasted vegetables and an overstuffed baked potato. Just mouth-watering. The Noshery is not that kind of busy that the owner can take time out to talk to you, allowing you to get some of the backstory and history of the restaurant. I wholeheartedly recommend you stop in at the noshery.

The skillet is sooooo delicious and served HOT! the BLT is the best I have had anywhere. Oh and this place is a shrine to all things Star Wars. Very cool.

We had lunch in their warm, clean, and safe patio area. I had the cheese steak sandwich. It was a delight, with a 6 oz steak, mushrooms, cheese and the sweetest onions I have had in a long time. My wife had the tomato beef soup which was excellent. All of it washed down with Perth Last Duel lager beer. The outdoor setting had us thinking about Paris. A good time.

The food was excellent and the owner continually checked on us. I highly recommend this restaurant. This was my first visit here and I can't wait to visit again. Sorry, the picture that I took was blurry, but it will give you an idea how it looks inside.

Went for breakfast and was very impressed. Friendly service, delicious food, lovely vibe to the place, and they very obviously take COVID restrictions seriously. Would recommend to anyone coming to Brockville (after COVID of course). Will be back for dinner.

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant as it had an interesting description on line.
I am glad we did!! Food was excellent, service was awesome and the atmosphere was terrific.
I would definitely return and suggest to others.
Would recommend to make a reservation though as they are popular and do not overcrowd their guests.

What a delightful experience! The food was out of this world, the atmosphere was like a galaxy far far away, and the service was warm and welcoming! I highly recommend and was well worth the drive from Ottawa! Also make sure you have the OMG Dip.

The is a great restaurant in downtown Brockville. The food, I had steak, it was absolutely delicious, one of the best steak I've had. Our server was great, funny wonderful. If you like Star Wars, or Mario, you need to stop in. It was tastefully decorated with pic and memorabilia.

My husband and I went last Friday July 7th for the first time with our friends that recommended this restaurant. We were very pleased with the service and the meal was excellent. Filet mignon cooked perfectly medium/rare and Chicken parmigiana pasta was a very good helping for my Husband. I’ve passed this place many times but have not gone in . So happy friends told us about it. Quirky interior and love the trivia cards at the tables . Thank you
