This is my go to pet store. I especially like the DIY dog wash. Everything I need is there, selection of shampoos, towels, great water pressure and they give treats with every dog wash. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff is helpful and pleasant to deal with. Easy to order from and pick up. Very welcoming to all pets even pets in training. Even when there are puppy oops, they are wonderful and so understanding. Our go to for pet supplies.

I really like this pet store because it is exactly that, a "pet" store. Usually most "pet" stores you go into anymore aren't really "pet" stores. They are pet supply stores. This store actually has some pets for sale along with the supplies. Birds, fish, rabbits, rats, mice, lizards of all sorts and many other pets can be found here. Also, it is one of the only, if not the only store in the area that also carries crickets, super worms, meal worms, and other reptile foods. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to help you when you walk into the store. They also have a very large selection of cat and dog foods, as well as supplies for almost every pet you could own. Your pet, of course, is allowed in the store with you making purchasing anything that should be sized much easier than guessing, and possibly having to return it. Prices are very good, and they also offer animal bathing and nail clipping. It is the pet store you go to and know they have what you are looking for. Very clean, large selection, knowledgeable staff, well organized, actual pets available, good prices, and bathing/nail trimming on site. What else could you want in a pet store? I think this place is great!!

Nice pet store, has food and equipment for most small to medium animals. Does not carry large animal items save dogs and cats. They have a small selection of fish and a few reptiles and small mammals and birds. Price are good, and quality is quite high. Very friendly staff that is knowledgeable. Rescue cats are also frequently available.

I recently purchased a ferret from here. He is healthy, active, and doing so well.
I also come here frequently for my other pets needs as well such as: frozen rats, crickets, specialty treats and toys, etc. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and care deeply for the animals that come in and go out those doors. I figure I should mention they have a dog grooming/washing station. I've never personally used it, but it looks super bougie

Wonderful service and informative staff. They know just the right questions to ask when you are becoming a new pet owner after 10 yrs. No pressure sales, no up selling just very good honest information.

We bought a hamster today at PaulMacs and were very pleased with the sales associate (Kendra) who assisted us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience a good one! The store was also nice and organized. Will definitely shop here again!

I have several dogs and try to provide the best diet available for them. I always go to Paulmacs. Sarah is so helpful and knowledgeable. Being a senior citizen she always carries my large bags of Acana to my car for me. The selection is great, staff is friendly. I highly recommend.

The prices are a bit high however their products are so that makes up for the cost. All the workers are super great in helping you plus they are super friendly. I an disabled and walk with 2 canes and if they are not overly busy they will carry the feed to the car and gracefully put it in the car for me. Paukmac's is a fantastic store also they carry many different types of feed heck they carry many many types of animal and bird products. Thankyou workers of Paulmac's.
