I've shopped in here multiple times and they've always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and whatever I needed they had or was able to obtain quickly.
I was recently blown out of the water by a very lovely young lady (Sophia) that procured a certain game console of a certain colour for me all during a pandemic, in the Christmas season! She is an unreal human being, and I will continue to shop at this EB games for all my future nerd Needs! Xo

Been an occasional shopper for the better part of 10 years now. I've never had a problem with the staff being pushy and they were always quick to help as much as they could.

Been here for midnight releases, trading in systems and buying systems, and I've honestly yet to have a bad experience.

Great customer service

Ordered some stuff from Game Stop and it came fast and with free delivery. Got a few hoodies as well and they are super comfy. Nice long cut in the back and super soft.

Always a good store, the games and merchandise selection are quite filled with stuff for almost anyone interests. The staff can be helpful when needed and are pleasantly nice.

Couldn't find what I was looking for, however the team was very helpful! Especially Sophia who went above and beyond to find out what I wanted and even checked for new products coming out.

The workers are super nice and really helpful! I always love talking to them about games or tv shows we both happen to like! They're also really helpful with prices and helping you lower them as much as possible (cuz I think every gamer knows that the price of games these days are a little bit out of hand)

The staff here are always fast and friendly. They've never tried to pressure me into their warranty, they just ask politely once. They've also never tried to pressure me into buying used, which is something that I've had at many other game stores.

Overall, this is now the only place I go if I want to buy a physical copy of something.

I would definitely recommend to the gamers out there who are looking for new games to play or need new things for your set up. Great staff and its a great store!

I forgot to pre order a game and had to go in store hoping they still had a copy. The person working this afternoon was so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely return to this location!

Sophia (as printed on the receipt) was very kind over the line even though she must have been asked "Are they in stock" infinite times in the middle of PS5 scarcity. I am so glad that I finally scored mine! Checkout was done in less than 5 minutes.

Haven't been in years. It's more a trinket store now but they do carry a lot of neat things for fair prices. Staff was good too.
