Canada Post Distribution Center

Just received a call from Dave helping me sort out a mix up with a package delivery. Absolutely stellar customer service!!! Thanks for your help Dave!

I have worked with Dave and Christine from this office for a few years and I only have good things to say about this distribution centre. The people I’ve met here are very kind and courteous and appear to genuinely care about their customers and people in general.

I recently ordered an important document and omitted to include my unit #; the supervisor on duty, and my local letter carrier went above and beyond to ensure that I still received the document! They did not have to do this, yet they took the time to provide exceptional customer service!

During this covid 19 outbreak our business was closed for a bit. Our mail delivery had halted. Doug Paterson provided excellent and quick service in getting this rectified. Appreciated the help Doug! Thank you! Be safe!

A parcel was sent out to me from TSC , parcel was picked up from East York on January 23rd was processed in Cambridge at 8:03 am and out for delivery on the 24th at 1:25 it was then rescheduled for next business day January 25th. at 1:25 again my parcel was rescued for next business day that is tomorrow January 26th. I only live a 5 minute drive from this Canada Post Distribution Centre. I understand that there was a storm on the 23rd but roads were cleared up, why is parcel being put out for delivery first thing in the morning twice now and being rescheduled always for next business day. Last time this happened the parcel was for over $400.00 it was dropped off at this location and processed but never made it to me obviously there is something funny going on there? There was a ticket made up but they have never found it. Person I did talk to was baffled because he saw they received parcel and was processed there but couldn’t find it. Months later I received a phone message asking if I had ever received it because Canada Post was doing an investigation. Never heard anymore. I only live a 5 minute drive from there. I have tried calling but phone number is no longer in service. I have a feeling the same thing is happening again, it should be looked into because something is wrong !!!

An envelope letter was mailed to me via courier that required a signature. It was delivered to a post office significantly out of my way. I live 5 minutes within walking distance from another post office. Why?? For an envelope??? I was really unimpressed as I had to bus to pick this up while feeling sick. My round trip commute was close to 2 hours. FOR AN ENVELOPE that I didn’t request.

Ordered something off of Amazon a decade ago. Was supposed to be delivered to my home via Canada post over a week ago. Filed a service ticket, still nothing, great service. Probably the worst postal service I've ever used to be quite honest. Never not had a problem with them. It's always something.

I love using Canada post but I am annoyed with the mail carriers who arent looking at addresses when they deliver the mail too House's. I am always getting mail from a different street. That has the same number as me.

I am so fed up with Canada we will get to it post twice they have told me that they were going to deliver my package .then not deliver .they have had my package 12 days since it was released by Canada Customs in BC I live in Cambridge Ontario they prossessed my package on Mississauga Ontario Friday morning@2:21 am .ànd said they would be delivering my package that day
I live an hour and a half away ,this is the Monday after and I now get delivery undetermined

Who ever does the mail for Agnes street never gets it correct. Useless people who deliver

Canada Post never even attempts package delivery.
