Melanie was super helpful and so so kind! I came in to get my diploma framed and she assisted in showing me all the options for custom framing. Being aware of my timeline, she even gave me the option to keep my diploma for my graduation ceremony and called me to let me know all the parts for the frame had come in so I could bring it back when I need to get framed. Thank you Melanie, you are awesome!

Very nice customer service, knew where the items I wanted where, But when chatting with other customers i had mixed reviews about locating items they wanted.. very friendly staff. The prices are a little high but most of the products are high quality so it's fair there is a premium on them. I had a long line up at check out with only one cashier but they quickly brought out more cashier's to get the line moving very fast. I don't think I spent more then a minute standing at each social distancing spot marker. I asked the cashier if they could break a $5 dollar bill into change but the store policy prevents that :/ otherwise it was a great experience

Their framing department is professional, prices are good and they always have sales on different kinds of frame materials. 💯 recommended

The ladies in the custom framing section were fantastic. Mirie and Crystal were so helpful and took the time to explain how the framing process would take place on a small rug I wanted framed. They also helped me choose which frame would look best with what i had to frame. So friendly and sweet. Process was easy.

My favourite part of this specific location was the grab bags you can take free of charge for young kiddos that include everything for a craft !
