I like Canadian Tire. The people are great at this location.. Pick out something you like and do a sales alert to your inbox. Great sales. Save tons of money. Canadian Tire stand behind their products. Order on-line and pick up at the store. I would like to work there part time when I retire. Get the card and save 0.05 cents a litre at the gas bar. Cheers.

Wow! I had my car serviced this weekend, last minute, they did a fast job changing my battery as I was 6 hours away from home.

I got my car home, then went to start it and it wouldn't start. A fluck situation, with 1 call to Canadian tire Carlton Place, Donna the star store manager, had a game plan. She coordinated a mechanic to come in early before store open to service my car.

When I got there, Donna had come in on her day off, and brought not only her staff, but me, a coffee and muffins!

She and her staff made my frustrating situation so smooth, I felt taken care of on an extra level of customer service!

I went in looking for a deep fryer which was marked down 40% off. I checked online before going into the store they had three left. Looked around couldn't find one. Spoke to a pleasant associate she said let me check the stock. Comes up three left. I said your inventory is right then I checked before coming in! We had a chuckle! She went to get it and was back in about 10 minutes. Great customer service!

A HUGE THANK YOU from my sleepy girls and my diligent self to the crew in Canadian Tire. I was having some odd vibrations on the highway and with a. Correct guess, needing a retorque on a wheel or two. Within seconds we were on our way home and no worse for wear. The kids were dead to the world so that left less stress all around. Young lad with a Subaru Alex Rice (Grey and Green) should come see some TLMC races!

Carleton Place Canadian tire store clerks and cashiers are always helpful and professional. I know that if I need something and have questions they are very kind about it.

I've only been to this location twice prior as I am not from CP but after a terrible service experience in Ottawa of which I was left without my oil change I desperately needed - to no fault of my own and was met with a lack of care by the Ottawa locations manager - I called this location as I needed to go this way anyways. Jackson answered the call and was so helpful and polite. He was able to get me squeezed in last minute for an oil change with them and when I came in, him and his colleague were quick to assist me. They were both very professional and honestly they completely turned around my day with their possive personalities. Thank you to them both and your service department for helping me in a pickle! :)

The main reason for this 5 star review is the exceptional service I received. I was looking for a set of pots. The minute I entered the housewares area, I was cheerfully greeted and asked if I needed help. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lovely lady that assisted me, but it may have been Shelly or Sherry... she helped me with multiple questions and assisted me in viewing the box contents. She was an absolute delight! Retail needs more staff like this woman! As a result of this outstanding attention, I spent well over $300!

I travelled the extra miles to this Canadian Tire store because the service is so exceptional. I would like to give a shout out to Connor for helping over the telephone to order the correct all season tires for my car. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I called back a few days later when I noticed the tires were on sale and someone got back to me to let me know they had given me the discount on my order. When I showed up for my appt to have the tires installed, I was in and out within an hour. The onsite manager was busy because of staff shortages due to COVID but he took the time to find a warranty brochure for me. Overall, I was impressed with the cost, the value, and the service. I shopped around and got the best price and value at Canadian Tire. While shopping in the store, a CT employee noticed me searching for an item and asked if I needed help...now that was impressive. All the employees I connected with that day - from the service desk to the cashiers - were super helpful and friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I love Canadian Tire. The service is amazing and everyone is ready to help out. They have technical knowledge and really helped me out in a jam trying to find the right oil for my car.

Standard Canadian Tire with great customer service! Lots of places to park, can get very busy fridays in the summer!

My last two oil changes have been done at CT in CP and they have been on time and completed quickly. Friendly service at the front counter and they were able to help out with a last minute flat tire fix on the day before the long weekend, I have been very pleased with their service and work!

Staff were great and helped me find what I was looking for and made my purchase so easy. They had what I was looking for too.
