Le Café Magda

I was happy to stumble upon this charming cafe while waiting for a friend. The latte was delicious (appreciate it milk was an option), and I the chocolatine was outstanding. I look forward to returning to try the pancakes.

Staff were very welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Just tried this little café for the first time today. I got a smoothie bowl and my friend got the chicken pesto sandwich. The smoothie bowl was delicious and beautiful. I also got a glass of their freshly squeezed orange juice and an iced latte, both were really good! I would definitely recommend trying it out and I’ll be going back as I live in the area and really enjoyed it. It’s very quiet and chill inside, a great place if you want to study or get some work done. The staff was nice and friendly :)

Wonderful coffee shop.
Kids friendly, they have lots of toys and books to keep the little ones busy.
We ordered food, coffees and desserts, everything was delicious. I wish their menu was more adapted to children.

This is a « must go to » little café nestled in the Bronx area of LaSalle. The soup of the day was exquisite. The carrot quiche was unique and very flavourful, with fluffy eggs and each bite was a melt in your mouth surprise and was served with a home-style potato salad on fresh spinach greens and a delectable vinaigrette.
Cappuccino was great and I took home some of the enticing sweets as I was stuffed! I will definitely return and anyone looking for a hidden gem a stone’s throw from the lakeshore may appreciate it too, especially on warmer days.

A beautiful addition to the neighbourhood. A very well needed coffee shop, that offers a variety of delicious pastries and sandwiches. It is also a perfect spot to get some work done or come with the family/children. We had an almond chocolatine, a capuccino, a chai latte with oat milk and the grilled cheese with caramelized onions, and everything was so incredibly tasty!

Espresso Bliss in a Beautiful Setting!

Magda cafe! Tucked away on the side street is a hidden gem for Lasalle coffee lovers! The espresso I had was absolutely perfect: rich, balanced, and with a beautiful crema. It was clear they use high-quality beans and know how to pull a fantastic shot.

While I didn't try any food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the cafe itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to regularly for my espresso fix!

A cozy atmosphere with great food (please taste the sandwiches and the brownies) and relaxing music selection! We went with our toddler for a couple of hours and ultimately stayed the whole afternoon. Great idea to have a small corner for kids to play with toys. Definitely brings a great vibe to the neighborhood. Exchanged with the owner and I could feel her passion!!! it is absolutely a must-see!!! Long life to Cafe Magda!!!

I first visited here with a friend when they first opened and loved it. Then fast forward 2 months later and I moved into the area and Magda became my local Cafe. ♡
It is such a welcoming cafe, perfect for bringing your littles as they have toys at the back and chalk to use out front for their enjoyment.
It is quite small for strollers, but I have been lucky scooting in between tables with mine (and everyone seems happy to have a baby around!)
The food is divine. Their pastries are vegan and are sooooo good.
The pesto chicken sandwich is my fav!
I also love how the owner is willing to step out and chat with her guests ♡
I look forward to attending their 5-7 evening soon, and hope to play some music for them in the future! ♡

Super cute and cozy family cafe in the heart of the Bronx, right by Parc des Rapides, in Lasalle. They offer delicious meals and snacks, and serve amazing coffee! It's exactly what our neighborhood needed, so glad they're finally open. Staff and owners are super friendly and warm.

Cute family owned coffee shop where you most likely will be served by the owner herself. The mocha I had was delicious. The business recently opened, so it's still a work in progress, but so far, so good. If you are gluten-free, you will enjoy their yummy pastries.

Crazy good vegan options, all the pastries are vegan. Highly recommend the brunch on weekends, but really just go anytime, it's cute, near the water, delicious and vegan friendly!

Lovely kid-friendly café, can’t recommend it enough. Coffee was great, breakfast sandwich delicious and they have a small kid area with toys and books. Will def’ go back with my toddler.

The ambiance is very relaxing and the service is always great. The staff working there are always smiling and have your best interest at heart. Excellent service! The food is great and there’s a lot of vegan/vegetarian options which is absolutely awesome. 👌🏻
