These guys really helped me out of a jam. We were driving on Highway 17, late in the afternoon, and our car suddenly turned off for a moment. It turned back on, but we didn’t know what happened. We were near Renfrew, and we looked online to see if anyone could help us. Jim’s was the only garage open to 6 p.m. We took it to Jim’s and, despite the fact that it was nearly closing time, they looked at the car right away. The mechanic checked the codes and tested it—giving us the confidence to drive the car back home. Thank you!

They are wonderful. Emergencies they take my car into review right away, they always take my last minute list of please check.... with a smile. They take great care of my car and I am always very satisfied with their services.

Driving through Renfrew County and my vehicle started making a horrible sound! Jim's Auto Care was recommended by a local resident. They diagnosed my car on the spot, it needed a new shock mount, they only had one left in stock and were able to fit me in! It was such relief! Professional and friendly.

Kevin provided professional, knowlegable and courteous srevice and was very easy to talk to. I had asked for an overall inspection of my elderly Mother's car. Recommendations seemed reasonable and work was completed in a timely fashion. They even were kind enough to drop the car back to my Mom once work was completed as i do not live nearby. Final bill came in slightly under quote and at no point did i feel like we were being taken advantage of. Kevin even e-mailed me the quote and the final invoice. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would definately have my Mom's car serviced there going forward.

They were very professional, gave great service and actually came in under the estimate. Everyone was very polite and friendly and really knew their stuff. We were treated like it was appreciated that we went there.
