Andy was an extraordinary waitress! She had a busy restaurant all to herself and managed to get my very peculiar order just perfectly. She was very friendly and greeted everybody with friendliness! She ran through all the milkshake flavours and was very happy to select hazelnut 😋 the food was very well prepared and served. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. All you can expect from a happy dinner 🍔🍳🥓🥞🥤🙌🏽♥⭐

Upon my recent visit with two friends, we indulged in a feast of classics, including the mouthwatering Mac and Cheese, savory Poutine, a Classic Burger, and a Clubhouse Sandwich. Each dish was visually appealing and flavorful. The Mac and Cheese was a little salty but i ended up liking it.

The real stars of the show, however, were the milkshakes. Creamy, rich, and utterly delicious, they were the perfect accompaniment to our meal. Though we wished the regular size came in a traditional glass rather than a steel cup for aesthetic reasons, the taste more than made up for it.

The atmosphere at Lucy's exudes warmth and nostalgia, transporting diners to a bygone era. The quick and excellent service only enhanced our experience, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate modifications to our meals.

It was a cozy and historical place like old US movies.
I like the atmosphere and decoration. The staff was so lovely. The steak and egg were good also, but the fries could have been better.

Came here for some good old fashioned food and retro vibes and it did not disappoint. Food was simple yet delicious. Really scratched that old school itch. Server was great too as well, she had great energy and was attentive. Had a great evening here.

As always, truly delicious! This place is hands down one of my favorites for comfort food 👌🏼 every time a very welcoming and warming service, great ambiance, a beautiful amount of food and closes late at night, which is something hard to find in Vancouver.

Simon made our Vancouver trip. Not only was he a great host and server. He wrote a handwritten note with local things that were perfect for my kids and I to enjoy. We loved the meal and took the suggestions. My kiddos loved it all so much they demanded we come back for brunch again before driving home to thank Simon in person. Delicious home cooked food, great milk shakes, and amazing service. Thanks again Simon!

What an amazing spot! Like whoa! Met the nicest waiter that has ever existed, Simon. Shout out to Simon for making our first Lucy’s Diner experience so fantastic. The food was delicious. I got the Triple Eggs Benny w/ Pulled Pork, Smoked Salmon & Ham. If y’all need tips for hiking and for hitting up spots around the city get your breakfast at Lucy’s and just ask Simon, he’s a gem.

Such a cool place we stumbled on when we were down this area and had some time to spare for a late lunch. The staff were very pleasant, and matched the atmosphere of fun and welcoming. We both tried a few different items and the burgers and shakes were so delicious. I would definitely go back the next time we are in the area, and recommend anyone tries it out.

Love this place. I quickly became a regular. Super convienient since it's close to my job site. Simon is a wicked rad dude. Always down for some good chats and mega friendly. Goes over and beyond for any customer. Highly recommend. Also some of the best milk shakes in town.

Love going to Lucy's Diner! The food is great, but the main reason I come here almost every day is because of Simon. He has always been a great, welcoming host. He has never failed to cultivate a safe environment within the diner and has always been very friendly to every single customer that comes in. 5-star service!

One of my favourite diners in Main Street. This place is always crowded. I tried the pulled pork pancakes with hashbrowns here. Very delicious with good portion size & at reasonable price. I have tried their cheeseburgers and egg sandwiches last time. The staff are lovely here.
I will love to come back here again and try the other cuisines.

Absolutely blown away with this place. Ate here for the first time tonight around 1:30AM. This place has the best mac & cheese I've had ever had, and their onion rings are fantastic too. My bf ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and we shared a chocolate milkshake. YUMMM

Stopped in for a solo lunch as I was in the neighborhood. Food was good, service was great. A gent named Simon was working, he was attentive and made me feel at home like I had been a million times. Great job Lucy's

I mean, if you're looking for low-key, great food and friendly staff/atmosphere this is it. Simon was awesome and very helpful, pointing us in the right directions for fun in Vancouver! 6⭐'s is a better review.

Was doing laundry next door so went in for a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Classic! Simon was serving and did a great job, and clearly was treating his regulars like valued guests. But he treated me like I was a regular on my first visit which is the mark of a great server. Thanks for lunch. Just what I expected and delicious! I will be back.

I'm visiting Vancouver from England and I had the incredible good fortune to just happen upon this awesome spot! The breakfast waiter Simon was super cool and generously imparted tons of local wisdom about the city with awesome advice for things to do / places to go; the breakfast putin was epic, I'll never forget it; the atmosphere was super friendly and welcoming and chill, I felt like I must have stumbled into the best diner in Canada! Highly recommend all day, every day
