They have amazing customer service it’s nothing like going into a chain where you are there like just another face, they know your name, are extremely friendly and they are the best when it comes to any and all pharmacy needs 🙌🏼☯☪☮💟

Customer service at its BEST!! I was scrambling last minute to schedule a PCR test within a certain time frame because I am from out of town. Kayla and the pharmacist worked hard to find me a testing location that I ended up canceling after all of their hard work. They are refunding me, no questions asked. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!

My family and I went to Cornerstone Drug & Gift to get PCR tests to return to Canada. Rebecca was amazingly helpful and professional. The tests were administered quickly and smoothly by the lab technician and the results were available to us in 30 minutes. Bravo to both women!

Cornerstone D&G provides outstanding service and I highly recommend them. Their prescription refill and delivery service is super easy and our meds always arrive on time. Cornerstone’s Covid testing is also top notch and doesn’t require you to get out of your vehicle. Finally, Cornerstone is locally owned and a company that donates a LOT back to our community.

No problems. Staff always helpful. One of the few places where the staff is pretty consistent and knows you by name.

Well, not so friendly or efficient when Dan or Jason are not there. Probably will move to Walgreens after todays issues

Went to get our PCR to return to Canada over there and the service was quick (results and test within 30 minutes) and the pharmacist was nice and professional. 100% recommended

Suuuuuper friendly staff. And really helped with my covid rapid pcr test for the return home. Make sure you arrive before 4pm!!! Otherwise no one can help you... not even the pharmacies in Plattsburgh.

Friendly, great staff, quick service, great selection of products, convenience of having a bank branch and ATM inside, easily the best pharmacy in town.

I've noted a real decline in service over the past several months. While the checkout representatives are professional, there is a lack of guidance when receiving medications. I recently received four new prescriptions all at once. I was not asked if I wanted a consultation, even after I said the prescriptions were all new to me. There is no longer an option to select consultation on the check out screen either; it quickly moves on to the next screen before you can respond by selecting "yes" or "no." I was simply advised to call if I had any questions. Also, the parking lot is riddled with large potholes and the automatic door is broken. I would like to stay with Cornerstone based on convenience and past experience, but I am seriously considering a switch to Kinney in Champlain.

Ever since Jason and all the good ones left. That place is horrible. They treat you like you are a drug addict. They won't call you when your meds are there. Make sure u count your medicine in front of them if they are narcotics bc mine came up short a few times. I now go to kinneys. They treat u so well and answer any questions u have, and they don't treat u like a drug addict just bc you have cancer and u are taking narcotics. One of my cancer medications accidentally got sent over there the other day, and they never called to tell me it was there. I had to call my Dr to find out what was going on, and they told me they sent it there. They felt so bad, and when I called Cornerstone in RP and asked them why they never called me the lady that works there, carlinda I think her name was. She was rude and mean I had to hang up.

I spent the night in the hospital with my child. I used this pharmacy for years now. I get five breathing, and allergy medications there for my older child every month. I moved to Keeseville and never switch the pharmacy because anytime I had questions about medication‘s The male pharmacist answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with what he was giving me. Today after working all day the night before then sitting in the hospital with my child I went to here to pick up my prescription, I left so upset. The new female pharmacy tech and possibly (Rebecca) were so rude to me because of an insurance discrepancy. Instead of being kind the women grab the medication off the counter went over to the pharmacist they spoke and the pharmacist threw her hands up rolling her eyes and talked about me as if I wasn’t there. I myself work in the medical field and never would treat someone the way they did. The women at the front was VERY helpful, I will now be switching to the Keeseville pharmacy that I was told has the same owner.
