Coutts Coffee Roastery & Cafe

Barista was sooo nice, like amazing service. My hubby ordered a chai latte and a grilled cheese, I got a decaf oat latte with dolce (super good btw), the barista asked if I wanted to order any food and I said we were just going to share the grilled cheese. We paid and sat down. He brought our coffees to our table because he saw where we were seated and when he brought our grilled cheese it was cut in half and on two plates which was SO sweet. Like honestly amazing service. Food and drinks were awesome. 100% would recommend

As a first-time visitor to Perth, it was a treat to come across this local coffee establishment.
The staff were excellent - professional and very personable. Prices for sizes were reasonable - considering inflation. I indulged in a Moccacino which was excellent! My wife tasted the wild berry latte which she was very impressed with.

If you’re visiting the small town of Perth, this location is a must to drop in at.

Incredibly beautiful location with plenty of seating in multiple rooms and a spacious covered back patio along the canal! The espresso was dark roast, which gave the iced American an enjoyably strong flavor, and the breakfast sandwich was delicious! ☕🥪

A great experience every time I visit. Staff are friendly and upbeat, the atmosphere is nice inside and outside, and most importantly - they have the best coffee you'll ever find. Their baked goods are excellent too. 10/10 every time. A decaf roast option would be nice, but there's no love lost for that.

Excellent cafe/bakery right in the centre of Perth attractively located on some water across from the library where there's also a parking lot. Very pleasant atmosphere and a reasonable amount of seating of various types though might struggle to find a seat during the busiest times. Coffee was very good and reasonably priced, apple turnover was one of the best I've ever had. They have quite a lot of other products for sale as well though we didn't buy anything this time. Overall probably the best cafe in town.

A brilliant coffee shop on the banks of a canal. They have plenty of seating, including a beautiful patio, as well as a good selection of baked goods.

Was in Perth for work and someone suggested we try Coutts coffee. When we entered we realized we had been there before but had our drinks to go. Today we stayed and sat on their patio - and what a great idea it was. If you have the time I highly recommend taking a break and relaxing on the beautiful covered patio right next to the water. The atmosphere is perfect.

Coutts was ideally located right next to a large parking area for easy access (paid parking) and the library for great exploration afterwards. You can even check out the big cheese and muskoka chair easily from this spot.

Driving through and was looking for somewhere I could spend some time waiting out of the cold with my four year old son. The lady at the front that was helping me was very kind and offered me vegetarian options. It is clean, quiet and beautiful inside. The coffee is also excellent. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Wonderful and cozy little place with great atmosphere, service, staff, and food. Love that they roast their own coffee in-house and are very community minded.

Great coffee and very friendly staff! I work nearby and (maybe it’s a sign I drink too much coffee) when I walk in they greet me by name and are often prepping my coffee before I even get to the counter. They roast their own coffee so it doesn’t get any fresher. They have other drinks too if you’re not into coffee.

Love this place Great coffee, Baked goods and really nice sandwiches. Look forward to coming here often.

We travel through Perth 5-6 times a year and somehow have missed hitting up this coffee shop until yesterday.

We tried a couple of their seasonal coffees, the Salted Caramel Mocha and the Maple Pecan latte both were excellent with the Maple Pecan being one of the best seasonal coffees I’ve personally tried.

Baked goods looked good, May have to indulge next time.

Oddly we seemed to get a team member having an off day. All the staff around us seemed to be having a blast talking coffee and hockey, while the person serving us seemed to want to get it over with lol. Sometimes you catch someone at a bad moment.

Lovely café with great staff! Only request is more vegan food/treat items.
