Tim Hortons

I came to this location, washroom was super clean. Then at the time to order, we were assisted by a gentleman named AJ, he went far and beyond, we asked him which kind of tea was available, he went to pick up the stand with all the teas available, then we added more items, changed a bit the order and he was kind and patient with all of us and our big order. Kudos for AJ.

I want to review about the best service at the drive thru at night.
The lady who served me was the best one I have ever seen in Tim Hortons now. She had a pleasant smile and was very friendly. Apologized for not having what I tried to order. Also wished us really well. Had a busy day and was very tired and frustrated. This women made me really happy with her present attitude. Please keep employees like this. Thank you so much.

Very new store with a VERY fresh, new and hip atmosphere. It's located near the old mall in town that's being revitalized, there are all kinds of new apartment buildings in the area, a high-school, elementary school and a church Very close by and they had ALOT quicker, friendlier, more welcoming and ACTUALLY ACCURATE customer service than ANY of the other Tim Hortons in the area, ESPECIALLY THE ONES IN PERTH! The interior design of the store is VERY sleek and modern with even the way the pastries were displayed had more of an independent Cafe look to them. I honestly almost forgot I was in a Timmy's.
I was and still am very impressed with everything about my visit.

This is a clean and very busy Tim's. The service is great and the staff friendly. In terms of the coffee and food ... it's good ... very much like all the other Tim's

Tim Horton's always great. Their menu has expanded and offers a wide variety of lunch and dinner options making it an even more inviting place for a quick bite and coffee. The one on Highway 7 has great management. Just my opinion!! My favourite Timmy's ❤

Very clean. Came in early on a Civic holiday and had no wait time. Super, and I mean super, friendly person at the front counter. Could hear her talking with everyone and calling them on a first name basis. Just travelling through but wish all McDonald's was like this one.

There were 11 of us (small tour heading home from Ottawa) we came in about 9:00 pm and the staff jumped right in to serve us and get us back in our tour bus. Helpful and courteous. Food, as always, excellent. Yes we were also caught up in the whiteout traffic problems east of Brockville.

Very pleasant staff

I had gone to a Tim Hortons in Kingston on my way home from a road trip, I got a caramel iced coffee. When I got it I took a sip and there was chunks that came up, and it tasted really bad. I then noticed that there were more white chunks all through out the drink and a bunch settled in the bottom of the cup. It came to my realization that this was spoiled cream. I didn’t drink anymore of it and decided that the next Tim Hortons I saw I would stop at to try and get a replacement. I stopped at this specific location, and immediately once the guy working cash noticed the drink in my hand he asked if I was looking for a replacement. I said yes, and explained to him what was wrong with it, also mentioning that I did not get this at their store. His manger was passing by and she asked me what my drink was and got it started, while he dumped out the old one. He also said that he saw all the curdled cream and said how disgusting it was. After I received my new drink him and his manager both apologized to me multiple times saying that they were sorry I had to experience that and how gross it was. His manager then went on to give me a $5 Tim’s gift card, which I found to be exceedingly nice and thoughtful. I live in Ottawa and none of the Tim Hortons there could live up to the service I received today! The staff was thoughtful, understanding, and attentive. If I lived in Smith Falls this would be my regular Tim Hortons. 5 star service, which is sometimes hard to find in the fast food industry now a days, but this was so refreshing! Keep doing what you’re doing at this location!

Quick friendly service at the drive-thru patient while I ordered and the food and drink was excellent excellent

Their service was fast even though it us a busy location in smiths falls. They are managing it well with lots of staff and the sandwich I got was yummy and hot

Love that they are open 24 hours and still have a strong selection of items.

Very nice people working here. Good sense of humour. Was there around 5:30ish am. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the bathroom!!! Would highly recommend stopping here.

Great, friendly drive-thru staff. Usually quick at the drive-thru unless the woman in front of you orders a dozen donuts! Go inside!!!

Best Tim Hortons I’ve been to in a long while.

Excellent customer service but thwy forgot to put cream in our coffee but wonderful staff.

Great roast beef and cheese sandwich at a very reasonable price.
