Tim Hortons

Been going on and off weekly since Feb, and always friendly service. I've been taking a PSW course in Smiths Falls, and pick up another student early in the morning, around 6:30 -6:45...its a welcoming spot for us to enjoy coffee and tea, sometimes breakfast sanswich and muffins. We have even broke open our study books there. Doesn't matter which staff serves us, they are always friendly and fast considering how busy they get. I'm sure the morning crew knows us well now. Sometimes, we've even gone back after school in the afternoon.
The storefront is always clean as well as the washroom.
As our course is winding down this week, we will miss our cozy spot. This is my location of choice now when i make future trips to Smiths Falls.

The food and coffee/drinks are on par with what you'd expect from Tim Hortons but as of late I find the quality of service has dramatically dropped off from where it was even a year and a half or two ago. During that time the business hasn't shown any signs or indications that management or even corporate headquarters has even attempted to even TRY and make improvements to the notoriously awful quality and speed of customer service/interactions. There are regularly excessive wait times when ordering in store and the employee is often less that the outgoing, courteous, polite and welcoming attitude that has become standard place in the service industry. I've made a point to bring it to the Supervisor's attention but just having a full staff level is difficult these days let alone getting staff who are naturally polite while dealing with the public.

Nice venue in a nice Ontario town. Definitely recommend they're hospitality.

I was here last week and got the best service in tim hortons history by a lovely lady name komal.

The hard wood and shape of it. I'm hear those poor seniors go on about how uncomfortable they are. Some even have said their posteriors hurt, after sitting for just one coffee.

Great food (breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts) and fantastic coffee. The staff are friendly and incredibly efficient. Drive in window is very busy with long lines but I was amazed how quickly they get serviced. We went there twice on our recent visit and were not disappointed. Great stop.

Best tims I'm Smith falls

Although the guy is right about the traffic issues, the staff here are great, especially in the night shift. They ALWAYS get the order right even though it's sort of a complicated request and often they remember me and know what it is already. The trash can thing is, as far as I know, at all Tim Hortons locations as of last year and I'm guessing it has to do with the wasp nest issues at so many of them. Obvious issue at all the Tim's now people just litter...not sure what the solution is, I mean, I have a car garbage in the back seat...but I have a basic understanding of common sense and ....good luck finding that, you have a better chance landing an original copy of the first Batman issue.

When it comes to taste Tim Horton's has perfected it. There is nothing like a coffee from Timmies when you're starting your day. The down town location is my favorite for service, the morning weekday staff are always on their game. Great job you guys !!!

Great service. Even when an order came out incorrect or coffee tastes burnt. They made it right by replacing the coffees or fixing the food order they messed up. I recommend the two Smith falls locations to anyone who enjoys Tim Hortons food or coffee.

A unique building for a Tim hortons blends well with the local heritage builds .A suttle

Its where i spent so many days in younger years with my uncle. (Rip) and where i serve a guest who turn into one amazing friend. Where a small town young n old comes together as a whole. Where friendship starts and old ones talk about the good old days. I seen this place change with years. Its so welcoming. Great job. To Tanya and family.. Smile Aim

Always excellent at this location. Friendly staff especially Christina and Renelle. Good food. Speedy service. Highly recommended. 24/7. Parking.

Always great service and so friendly you feel like they have known you for years I have never walked into the place and it be nothing but a mess Ohh and most importantly they are always fresh

Tried their new peach thirst quenchers, im pretty sure its exactly the same as their bottles that they sell. Don't get me wrong they were good and its kinda genius lol
