Kick's Cleaning Company

In December of 2022, I reached out to Kick’s Cleaning Company online. I did so from British Columbia - where I live - looking to support an elder family member with sprucing up their home in Quebec. Chantale, the owner, was very collaborative. She chatted patiently with me about my goals, completed a criminal records check promptly, and agreed to a compatibility interview with my family member. The result: all green lights and a foundation of trust.

It’s March 2023 now, Kick’s Cleaning Company has completed over 21 hours of cleaning for us (7 sessions) and always showed up on time and ready for the next task. Dependable. During that time they cleaned a rural 2-floor cottage from top to bottom. Thorough. Chantale provided additional cleaning products and a shop vac for tougher areas. Resourceful. The Kick’s Cleaning Company tackled the most difficult tasks such as carpets, stove tops, caked ovens, old pans, fridges (in, under, and behind!) with steely determination. Their cleaning skills are numerous and adapted to the many surfaces found in homes, from wooden floors, to glass, and tile, to carpets and sheets. They’ll sweep, vacuum, dust, pick up objects off the floor; and, if you need it, they'll even do some home organizing. But there is more. These two are tactful and carry with them a good deal of emotional intelligence along with efficiency and good humour. Well rounded and very professional.

I finally made it to Quebec, stayed at the home that the Kick’s Cleaning Company cleaned (felt like and Air B & B), and met these two stars in person. Their pricing is fair - to say the least, and their manner is enthusiastic, thoughtful with a can-do attitude.

Chantale and Mel are kind, capable, and trustworthy people who love their work, provide quality services, and spread light wherever they go. I recommend The Kick’s Cleaning Company, Chantale and Mel, without hesitation for your residential [and commercial] cleaning needs. I will work with them again. In fact, I wish I could take them home!

I had my house cleaned multiple time by different cleaning company. I was never satisfied. But with this cleaning company, I was impressed how they pay attention to details to clean my home. I would recommend this company for doing a good job at an affordable price compare to others.
