Tim Hortons

Great service, only didn't have all my needs met but it wasn't on the menu. Perfect place to get picked up from bus ride when regionals are closed and heading back to Welland from go bus/train Toronto

I always go to this restaurant. Today, when I bought my usual breakfast sandwich on a four cheese bagel. I called and let them know there was an unusual problem with the sandwich. The manager rectified the situation right away. customer service is always great here and speedy service.

As usual, a Canadian classic! Come here for a double double and watch one of the supervisors have an absolute meltdown everytime someone takes any more than 30 seconds to get the next drive-thru customer out of the driveway.

My favorite Tim Hortons! I go out of my way to go to this one specifically. Coffee always good and the customer service is excellent. Even if the line up is long, it goes very quick.

Anywhere we go, Tims is our stop to have coffee, tea, donut etc..Our summer road trips is not complete without spending at Tim's at least twice a day to enjoy our coffee together. I dont want to exaggerate but we spent lots there. My whole family love Tims and made our day.
Canada's best...

Went through your drive thru today, Yasmin was on the drive thru window. She took those few minutes to say hello and ask how we were doing today. Very polite and friendly. Thank you.

You have better happy service than than Brampton locations. Have a nice holidays & hope 2022 can be abit nicer to us all, maybe, just don't know what to expect. 😊

I felt cold and wet after my morning school bus route but then the power went out at home so I couldn't get anything hot to eat or drink. I decided to go to Tims before my afternoon route. The coffee and sausage bacon and egg wrap were just what I needed. And the staff were interested in what schools my route went to. Very nice.

My trip to this Tim Hortons was so efficient it may have actually added minutes to my day. My food and coffee had been prepared before I had even finished paying and I was in and out in under 60 seconds. What an outstanding experience!

This is by far the best Tim Hortons in Niagara. The service is consistently fast, friendly, accurate, and they always seem to have my favourites available. I almost have lost faith in Tim Hortons as I always have bad experiences at every other location that I've been to in Niagara and their app is a joke, but I will drive out of my way to stop at this location. Thank you to the management team and staff for the great service and please continue to stock soy milk and the beyond breakfast sandwiches.

Nat took my order this morning and I was more then pleased with her service. She is quite the sweetheart. I would highly recommend this Tim hortons.

24 hours sitting....what else you need more

Quick visit. Went through drive thru. Only ordered 3 small cookies but they were amazing. Fresh and melted in my mouth.

Standard Timmies, and what Canadian doesn't love Timmies...but the staff here are wonderful! They asked if I didn't mind waiting to recieve my Tea because they weren't able to fill it all the way and then thanked me for my understanding...

Love the service, these guys are super quick and friendly. I visit regularly because it’s next to my office and until now I have not faced any issues.

Early morning staff are quite nice, the dine in area is clean and empty in and around 5am but the drive thru is busy. Food gets to you quickly, and no problems at all to report.

First time at Tim Hortons and definitely not disappoint. Good tasting coffee, sweets, and great service. They will even mix in flavors into the coffees for you - just ask.

Tim's on Ontario St in St. Catharines is the best Tim's around!!!
