These guys got hearts of gold and impeccable customer service. Wide variety of selection for regular goods and smoke shop accessories as well as vapes. Also in a historic "Little Mart" spot doing good by it :)

The owner is a wonderful person. He looks out for members of his community. I went to buy a bottled drink and was going to use credit as I didn’t have cash on me and he was willing to give me the drink for free because it would cost him more to pay for the credit machine fee! I ended up finding some change to pay for the product but the gesture was meaningful, rare and so appreciated. I will remember it forever! The renovations are great. Store has a wonderful selection, bright, clean and inviting. You can tell they take pride in their business. I am so happy to have this store in my hometown.

The owners of the store are amazing! My family, our neighbours and friends all love coming into the store not just to grab stuff but to see and talk to Niraj as well as his parents. It is like walking into an old fashion family run business that is clean, friendly and knows you by name. Ever since meeting them all, we have never had a bad experience and we are so happy to have them in our community!

The owner and staff treat you like family. The store is clean, well stocked, did i mention the incredible customer service? My daughter asks to go to this store specifically on our outings, as the staff are always sure to brighten her day, and theres lots of treats to choose from. Its really nice to go into a store and not just feel like a number. My family is thrilled and proud to have a business like this one in our home town, to make memories at for years to come! Honestly, one of the best places in Brockville to go. Not only do you get a support a new family business. You can also strike up a good conversation with the owner. He is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. If you want some thing, he will check his distributors through just to see if he can bring it in for you that being said, anybody who who tries to turn that around as greed remember convenience, stores are lucky to make $.15 off a can of Red Bull so good luck, my friends keep the good times rollin and the people smiling

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service at this store goes above and beyond to make you feel like apart of the family, even if I don't need anything and I'm passing by I'll stop by to see how the store is doing as it makes my day to see how the staff here treats Brockville so well. The prices can't be beat and he's usually got EVERYTHING you need, great convenience for kids and adults! For a convenience store I promise you won't be disappointed, thank you to the staff for treating us so well!
