Daiso

First time we've been to this location and we were thrilled. Very well organized, lots of natural light, spacious and well laid out floor lamp. The only difficult time we had was figuring out the pricing. We are short and the pricing was placed quite high. If you are short like us, everything is 2.50 unless it's priced differently. The staff is pleasant and hardworking. Great experience and we are definitely going to return.

Great store that is well organized and has all sorts of useful things at a very reasonable pricing. Has all sorts of stationary, home items, and decor on sale with constantly refreshed stock too. The staff are friendly, and there is a self checkout that makes the entire shopping process really easy.

I shopped at the Daiso in Richmond as a child and loved it. So I was very excited to see a location open up in Surrey. This was my first visit to the Surrey location. It’s definitely a lot smaller than the Richmond store was. But it still has a TON of products. Price tags for items would be nice but they do have price conversion charts to help you figure out the cost of items. Most items seem to be around $2.50. I found a lot of cute Sanrio & San-X items and was thrilled.

We left an item yesterday after paying at the self checkout, called the store and got it back. Good customer service, neat, and organized. It’s our new favorite store for home and stationary items.

Staff is very friendly, store was well stocked and clean. like a dollar store, but a bit better quality. All sales are final, no returns. Found a few things that iv'e been looking for at a good price. There were a couple wheelchair users in the store, the aisles were plenty wide enough for them. Lots of cute plush hug pillows near the entrance.

I love my visit here in the store! This is the nearest Daiso store in our place, and I'm thankful for that. The store is clean, it's not that big but there are a lot of things to choose from. From household stuff, school supplies, pet care, and even Japanese snacks and drinks are also available. I want to visit again.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and stock for various items was well maintained throughout the store. The location it is at is great too. Looking forward to shopping there again!

Nothing beats Daiso, so many cute and practical things you can find here. Most prices are $2.25-$2.50 though some may be $3-$5.

The only catch is that prices are in yen as opposed to the Canadian currency so it takes a bit of figuring out what prices on the items are.
However, the layout is decent and I like the addition of the self-checkout. Will definitely be coming back again!

I lived in Richmond and missed this store so much! Great prices and quality! Really nice and helpful staff. Check out the snack section, so many cute and practical items!

The store is very tidy and the merchandise is beautiful

So glad they open one here. Quality is way way better than dollar stores and prices are lower than oomomo. Also their selection are quite consistent.

Love the assortment of goods that are daily essentials an upgrade to the dollar stores in North America
