Outstanding customer care. First off the manager Sarah is wonderful, extremely patient and knowledgeable. My mom has had a difficult time finding shoes to meet her needs. So glad we visited Sarah’s store. Even after many trials, Sarah never gave up. We were so impressed we drove 30 mins each visit her location, thank you so much. Store has ample variety of shoes that will meet your feet’s needs. Location is clean, organized, and well displayed. I have shopped at the Caledon store many times and have always found the staff very helpful. I have had different sales persons at different times and all have made good suggestions and have checked available stock carefully. I have never experienced the negativity that some other reviewers described. I rarely post opinions but felt compelled to speak up on behalf of the store and staff who are providing a good source of quality footwear in Bolton.

Good place for shoes, but it doesn't always seem like some of the staff are eager to serve you. 🙄😯 They do need a wider selection of wide shoes! 😱

Poor selection

Very wide collection of shoes but the manager herself is extremely impolite. Many people have told me not to go to this location. Everyone loves the staff but dislikes the manager.

Sales staff extremely aggressive and pushy. The sales were the regular price with a sale ticket on it. Can get a better sale "anywhere" Ended up buying the at the Bay for significantly less during the bay sale.

Store hours showed open, but closed doors. Web site was misleading! NOT coming back. Horrible treatment.
