Natural Food Pantry - Westboro

I had the most wonderful interaction today that I’ve ever had since shopping at Natural Food Pantry. Rita Hakim was just so compassionate, understanding and genuine. She listened and shared and was very helpful. We need more people like her in customer service! Thank you Rita!

I want to commend Rita G. Hakim for her thorough knowledge as a holistic nutritionist and professionalism in customer service and support. She has been very helpful to me in my purchases. She goes the extra mile for me to inform me about the product I want and I trust very much her professional opinion. I find her friendly, considerate and respectful in her approach and I appreciate her very much. She is super and courteous in her communication skills and languages both English and French. I had the pleasure to meet Rita today, the nutritionist at the Natural Food Pantry, Westboro. I had an outstanding experience. She is absolutely amazing! very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions and efficiently helped me with my purchase. She is also sooo kind, friendly, welcoming and funny :) Can`t wait to meet her again!

If you are looking for a qualified, certified and well knowledgeable nutritionist, ask for Ms Rita Hakim. I first met Rita at the Billings bridge location when I was looking from some supplements and had some questions. Rita was the only person to greet me and show any interest in helping me. Her patience, kindness and attentiveness and product knowledge is an invaluable asset to the the company. Since then, I have been going to the Westboro location where Rita has moved to. Had it not been for Rita, I would have been a patron of the healthy planet.

The Natural Food Pantry is lucky to have Rita. Businesses need more people like her to represent their establishment.

I had a positive experience at this location yesterday with one of the employees, her name is Rita. She was very welcoming as well as friendly, and was able to help me find the products I needed due to her product knowledge and was able to explain it all to me. She provided excellent customer service, and I will be returning to this location in the near future.

This place is amazing to get many items that you can't find at your regular grocery store. Some examples include: monk fruit, vitamin k2, pasture raised eggs. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Every time I have been in the store I have been greeted warmly and asked if I needed help with anything. In addition they have some awesome keto products.

I've been trying to find where I could get elderberries and what in form/how I could incorporate them into my diet for their many health benefits. Luckily there was a herbalist there who suggested buying their organic elderberries (about $10 per 1 cup) to boil in 3 cups of water (1:3), sit in fridge overnight, separate liquid from berries, pour liquid (elderberry juice) into ice cube trays, freeze, and pop one into my smoothie every day. I found that I was able to make a second batch with the berries so now I have my daily dose of elderberries for the next 2 months, for only $10! Totally worth the work.

We did try a few collagen and protein products and we are quite happy with most of their products... not only their prices are reasonable but also we're supporting local businesses instead of big one that is trying to dominate ... Please think local and support local and small businesses

First time visit was a nice experience. The cashier was kind enough to help me find everything I was looking for.

Ideal selection of goods. They had a product I've hard a hard time locating. Perfect neighbourhood health food and natural goods option.
