The Brick

About a month ago I furnished my house from here. Tv, couch, tv stand, king mattress and boxsprings, night stands, dresser, and a crib. Wouldn’t change anything about it, we received great pricing and discounts on pretty much everything. They had everything in stock and delivery within 3 days. The only thing damaged on delivery was the couch which customer service was great to deal with about it and sent out a replacement within a week.

Based on my service I would highly recommend purchasing your furniture here.

Called 10 different places with no answers , on pricing, eta etc .. called the brick Johnathan answered asked me how could he help. I said looking for a maytag washer and dryer set. He said hold the line we have one left in Toronto. I'll hold for you , gave me a set price with eta of 2 days . Couldn't asked for any better service . Picked them up as he said they would in. Very satisfied thank you Johnathan 😊 happy wife happy life !

Jon was absolutely amazing! Answered all my questions and was super patient with me while I made a final decision on the fridge I wanted to buy! Can’t recommend the brick and Jon enough! We had a great after sales experience with Ibrahim at customer care. All the little issues we had with our appliances were taken care of in a timely and a fair manner. He was very helpful in trying to get everything figured out. Manager gave us a great deal and Ibrahim was helpful after. Thank you!

Jon was excellent! He was able to help us pick the right sectional to meet all our needs. Exceptional variety with nearly all options on the floor. They didn’t have the sectional on display in the colour we wanted to see, but they did have the matching ottoman in that colour, so it made the choice easy. Strongly recommend this location and salesperson. WILL shop here again.

I previously had a pretty mixed experience at this store after buying a dining room table. However, a salesperson named Jonathan reached out and took exceptional efforts to resolve my issue. Much better experience.

Jon killed it! He took care of us like royalty. He priced and checked on us and we felt very well cared for. Got a couple of amazing chairs from him and I personally loved that he whistled each time he approached. It let us know he was coming and is a true testament to his character. Thanks Jon!

Took advantage of Black Friday deals to get 2 new couches. We got great advice from Jon who helped us find something comfortable that we both liked, which is no easy task. Ended up saving tons of $ compared to the La-Z-Boy and these will arrive much sooner. Couldn’t be happier!

Always a great experience buying furniture at the brick. Always find what I’m looking for within my budget. Today went in looking for a new couch, Pradeep helped us find the perfect couch and ottoman. The couch will be delivered to our place and the warranty package they have is great!

He made my experience buying a new dryer simple and seamless..from advising on the best brand to suite my needs, providing me with an excellent price, answering my many questions, and lining up things to make the delivery/install and removal of my old unit worry-free..he went above and beyond!
