I had a few questions about the online ordering and delivery options and this particular jovial young lady at customer service named Samira walked me through the whole process. You could really tell that she was genuinely trying to help me and not just doing a duty of her job. We need more people like this in the service industry. I will definitely mainly go to this home depot location as it shows that the employees really care about customer service. Thanks again Samira!

The staff I’ve encountered here were amazing! Particularly, a young lady at the customer service/online pickup area. She took the time to show me on my phone how to check in and how to choose either in store or curbside pickup. She then proceeded to explain that I could have another person pickup for me and how to do so. She was a super helpful and friendly individual and she is a huge asset to the store. I will return and I highly recommend this Home Depot location

If you are into renovations, or someone who loves working on their home then this heavenly place will give you the feeling of 'Kid in a candy store'.
- It's sheer size will give you the first great and positive impression of the store.
- The staff is welcoming, and extremely helpful to find you whatever you need, even if you know nothing about renovations. I was there to get paint, and the lady was quite helpful.
- Aisles are organised in such a convenient way that locating something becomes easier.
- Seasonal decorations are to be seen, and collected from this store. They always do it the best.

Probably one of my favorite hardware stores in the city. Every interaction, question or request for help, staff has responded in a friendly, professional and very attentive manner. The store is clean and well organized.

Sometimes I would appreciate a bit more info, like the outdoor/patio and security camera section are lacking descriptions or examples to look at. But I understand that a store with this many products can do that everywhere.

Since moving to Ottawa I've spent well over $20,000 at Home Depot on tools and equipment. We repainted every room in our house - minimum 2 coats each, plus primer. We installed shelves in the garage, puttied over dozens of wall holes, patched some large holes, refinished old wood floors, replaced out-dated dryer vent/hosing, replaced all the outlet covers, replaced down spouts, eave covers, shower heads. some siding, and even pulled/replaced two toilets.

With the help of youtube videos, home depot videos, and guidance of the in-store staff, we've saved thousands of dollars on services/technicians/repairs, and learned how to to most home repairs and everyday tasks ourselves.

Was able to get beautiful mums for our fall garden. I went in the evening and was asked twice if they could help me with something, very friendly store!
Perfect for a quick run in at night if you are missing paper towels, cleaning products or whatever they have lots of stuff.

On Saturday May 4th @ 1400 the paint department helped us with a very specific custom tinting. The team was very polite and efficient. My wife and I will be coming back again for any future help. We highly recommend it.

Thanks to Chris Garden Centre today for his assistance. He was exceptional and stayed with us to assist in loading our 21 bags of Mulch. This specific location is our go to store due to the exceptional service and customer support. Great work and keep it up. Thanks 👍

Home Depot is a good place to go to get ideas about home renovations and gardening needs. It has some really great deals especially on seasonal items when they are clearing out stock. Such as BBQ, the nursey and discontinued products and special sales. It is necessary to go to the store often to find these deals as they are not advertised.

The tool and van rentals work good too, but those places don't normally have special promotional discounts.

Let's agree on one thing. Employees on this specific store are very helpful and kind. I was advised to visit the Cyrville rd branch due to their excellent service, and I was very satisfied. A big shoutout to Mayme, who's an amazing employee and person. This branch is highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with Matt when picking up my online order at the store. Despite a bit of a delay in locating the package, Matt handled the situation with utmost professionalism.

Lots of staff ready to help on the floor. Always alot of cash register open with self checkout available or with staff. I always find what I need.

Had a amazing service interaction with their lighting staff, the gentleman with the full beard was informed about the products I would need to do what I was after. His genuine smile and easygoing small talk had me looking for more lighting projects to tackle.

Just wanted to say the service here is great. Went to buy mulch today and it was one of the few stores in the area that still had decent sized stock. As I was leaving, two employees helped me take the trolley all the way without me asking, and unloaded all the bags for me. Was very much appreciated!
