Daniel is a customer service associate that went beyond. I showed up with approximately eight packages to return from Amazon due to an error of shipping on my behalf. Daniel patiently helped me return all of the packages with different couriers they arrived from. He was pleasant, professional, and helpful until the very end, even though he had finished his shift and went past his time to finish up serving me, thank you Daniel. Great service.

My favourite Staples location. It's big enough to accommodate many products and services. Picked up the ink toner for the printer, some pocket-diaries, and pages.
- Many services related to printing, digital marketing etc., provided here both for professionals and personal.
- Nice location.
- Tidy and organised; you easily find the stuff you're looking for.
- Nobody came to provide assistance, but that's okay, I didn't need any today. Lol.
- Wasn't busy at all around 3ish.

Ive lived in 4 major Canadian cities and this is by far my favourite staples to do business with. The staff are incredibly hard working and patient. Special shout out to Hamid who made printing a gift a breeze when the website wasn’t cooperating. He was patient and kind. On a two separate occasions, Atyender saved the day! Ive watched these two help customers and they are always helpful and efficient. Thank you both!

I visit here mostly for their business centre. You can easily print documents from your smart phone and you can also fax and create custom prints with photos and more.
They have competitive prices on computers, laptops, tablets and ink refills. They also do computer repair work.
You can find all your business needs with folders, markers and the such.
Very friendly staff and a good selection of office furniture.

Amir was so helpful with printing some business documents. It's rare to see someone this exceptional in a retail setting. Have a much better appreciation of Staples as a business from this one interaction

Amir at the copy centre is incredibly helpful and gave me the best customer service by printing my order quickly and professionally. I would give him a 10 star review if there were 10 stars.

I can't speak for the rest of the departments, but the printing and photocopies dep was fast and friendly. I had 2 young kids with me, and they were very quick helping me. The customer service representatives were very friendly.

I sent my print job early morning and got it within 3 hours. Doesn't always happen but it's possible. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff.

Great location to pick up my Fedex parcels

I needed to print some documents for a job orientation and a lease agreement in a rush. I had ordered online and I went in the store to get extra things I needed. I then went to the print desk and asked the Associate, Charles, if he would be able to print my documents ASAP as it was a rush. He explained that it normally takes 6 business hours but he would do it this one time for me. Charles was absolutely fantastic and was able to get me my documents in a timely manner so that I could make my orientation. Great service today!

I bought 2 packages with 2 print cartridges each today at Staples,. At the cash, salesperson Salim pointed out to me in a very friendly manner that I would save 15% by buying individual packages, i.e. 4 packs, while the 2 packs would save me only 5% each. He printed out receipts showing me the difference in price, and I saved considerably following his suggestion. When I agreed, he went to get the packages for me and concluded our transaction in a very professional yet friendly way . I have not had such good customer service in a long time and commend this young man for making my shopping such an enjoyable experience.

I wasn't able to find items that I was after (I'm always looking for exceedingly low off-gassing items in particular for my chemical sensitivities, so I appreciate checking things out in person rather than ordering online), however some of the staff was SO wonderful and personable and genuinely kind and helpful. Just so appreciated the interactions and helpfulness.

Salim and the team at Staples provided excellent service to our business. We placed a large order of chairs - Salim was able to offer competitive pricing which included assembly. They kept us informed every step of the way and ensured we received our order as scheduled despite the current lock down. We've now received our order of Hyken mesh chairs, all of which are in great condition and properly built. Thank you to the team at Staples for the wonderful experience!

I would personally vouch for Delina in the photo/copy department. She was very helpful, accurate and efficient in getting my rush order through for photo digitizing. Everything came through in the expected time frame and quality was great. Thank you Delina for your help and expertise. 5 stars for her service. I could also tell that customers in line before me were satisfied with their orders. Well done and thank you!
