A great spot to buy art supplies, pens, inks, stationary and gifts for the artistically inclined in your life.

I've always been impressed with helpful and kind staff, they have always answered my questions, made useful suggestions and have pointed me to other locations or alternatives if they don't have what I need, which is rare.

Their current location is a little smaller than their original store, which is currently being repaired, but even the pop-up store is worth a visit.

I've been shopping here for the past four years and will continue to do so. I heartily recommend it over staples or any other big box stores around.

Amazing store! Obviously they have loads of interesting cards for literally any occasion, but you can also find puzzles, painting supplies, fun party items, quality notebooks, calendars, ribbons, lux wrapping paper, colourful envelopes, and many gift items. Their seasonal items are also something to look forward to, especially before Christmas.

The Papery is a fun shop at the corner of Bank and Fifth. It has been open for years now and sells all sorts of interesting things. From cards to calligraphy pens and paper, puzzles, party supplies, and lots of interesting curios that would make any celebration special. This has always been my go-to store to check every now and then for interesting curios or fun cards. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Glebe.

Great location on Bank. Local business with some very helpful staff. The price are a bit high, but the quality is there.

They have Pip stickers!!!! Very cool to be able to grab a sheet quick in person (impulsively!).

Otherwise it's a lovely store with unique gifty finds. Was severely tempted by the puzzles and adorable funny socks, but the prices were a tad too high for me to bite (not too high for everyone, they were still making sales!)

I was wishing for a wider variety of hand printed paper, but they had a couple of styles available.

Lovely shop, will stop in again.

Wonderful stationary and art store, very cozy vibe, friendly staff who enjoy thier jobs. Lots of cute gifts and curios, a great gift store. Building keeps elements of the original antique architecture, making for a pretty interior, and a fun shopping experience.

I went here to get stickers today, and I was super satisfied with my experience! They had a decent selection of stickers, and they were quick to explain the pricing when they saw me looking. The staff working were also extremely kind and helpful. I perused the rest of the store, because I buy way too many journals and letter writing supplies, so I was curious, and I was surprised that they had such a wide selection for such a small store. I will definitely be back in the near future!

I absolutely love this store! It's so cute and lovely! Though it might seem overwhelming walking in here at first, you must take your time perusing. There are some really sweet things in here.

They have an extensive collection of paper and envelopes, as well as unique printed greeting cards. This is my go-to spot for birthday, get well soon and congratulations type cards. They are really lovely and special and are very different from the typical Hallmark card. In addition to cards and paper stock, they sell various other paper goods, such as stickers, napkins, origami paper, recipe books, phone books, note pads, etc. It's quite a unique and quirky little spot.

Staff here are fantastic and always helpful. They even allow dogs in this store! Prices are fairly reasonable. Some things may appear a bit pricey, but they are likely worth it.

Overall, I really enjoy this store and would definitely recommend it.

Called to ask about an item that may or may not have been in stock. When it wasn't, the staff asked for my information so they could call me with an update once a shipment came it. To my delight, the item came in and was immediately set aside for me. It was a really lovely and warm interaction.
Picking it up in person was also swell if you like stationary and decorations (I really do). Really had a nice experience here, and will shop again.

I am always happy to come here! There is so much to see and I never leave empty handed, haha. The employees are kind and helpful. I love to check out all the stickers and Traveller’s Notebook items :)

Huge selection of all sorts of cute things!

My wife and I had our wedding stationary done here and we couldn't have been happier. They provide a large selection of styles and the price was amazing for what we got! They also have a lot of other things in store from custom gift cards to art supplies. Great staff and friendly service, too!

Fabulous shop with a great selection of unique cards, beautiful paper, and more! I love to peruse the shelves in search of hidden gems. Dog-friendly, too, which is a bonus!

Treated myself to a fountain pen and some ink from The Papery and it was packaged with utmost care and delivered quickly to my home. Would recommend their fast and friendly service!

The times in the past that I have been able to venture to the store in person and converse with the sales people has been delightful. They are very knowledgeable and happy to help :)
