Great store, great staff, great products. Just know that it's not like a Home Hardware or Canadian Tire; you have to grab a number when you go in and wait to be called to the service desk, but once you're there they can do everything for you. Staff are knowledgeable and super nice. This isn't really a place you can quickly pop in and out of but there's enough neat stuff to look at that you wouldn't want to anyway!

Went in looking for a chuck bit for my new lathe. I'm quite new to woodturning & had some questions before purchasing. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out exactly what I needed. Great staff and products, will be back!

Great store that has a variety of interesting items for all kinds of household chores. Whether it be to do some woodworking, gardening, cooking or other tasks around the house, Lee Valley most likely has something to help make the job easier.

Inside the shop is way smaller than expected. Yet, you might find all kind of home improvement, woodworking and gardening stuff. They also have workshops inside the store suck as wood carving (making your own wooden spoon, etc.)

Lee Valley was excellent. Been a while since I was there and the set up is different but the staff there are friendly and helpful. Picked up an emergency radio which is needed in this time and age. Has everything to help in case there's an emergency in the city.

A great selection of the specialized bits needed for various home improvement projects. The people here are very helpful and very friendly.

They also have a great selection of books related to gardening and home improvement. Very comfortable environment

Classes, helpful attentive staff, and tons of space and items for anything you may need. Honestly, one of the best spaces to learn. The classes are highly recommended!

Great store, cozy and well organized for all things around you garden, woodworking shop or house in general. Fantastic products and some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I've come across in any store. Will definitely return.

Great quality products and a great selection of common and specialty tools and supplies. Be prepared for the price... "you get what you pay for" and they only carry good stuff (as far as I have experienced so far). I would prefer it if they had more showroom to browse rather than order to the desk to look at what you might buy.

I have been going to Lee Valley since they were on Queensview Dr. They have the highest quality tools for both woodworking and gardening, and top customer service for both. I have never regretted a purchase here and still use almost everything I have bought here.

This review is for Violetta! We were having trouble putting together one of Lee Valley's products. After I called, she took one out of the box at the store, figured it out and called me back with verbal instructions. And then....she took pics and a video and sent to me.

Wow. The customer service in this place is from another time....love it! (When we bought the product, the guy at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. So I don't think this is a one-off).

There was much more than I expected, and so perfectly displayed and organized on the floor.

I always like coming here. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they have quality products that can be hard to find at big chains.

Amazing. First time visit. Staff very friendly and from overhead conversations seem to be very knowledgeable. Set up like (sorry but this dates me!) Consumers Distributing. Catalogue is on line, but there are LOTS of items in the show room. Had to restrain myself from filling my basket!
Signed up for their email which they stressed was NOT shared with anyone else. Like that a lot.
You can start an order on line and then come into the store and finish it there.

Talk about a great way to see and feel the available items and tools. All the Veritas hand planers, full size cabinet saws, rikon band saws, routers, and of course a gigantic wall of dresser and cabinet hardware.
