Globo Shoes

I was in the Globo store on Iris today and waited on by the most amazing group of young ladies I've seen in retail in far too long.
I had eight...yes eight returns, a special order and a purchase to deal with. They took care of everything with professionalism and humor. Shout out to all of them for a great shopping experience!

I came into the store to pick up an online order and the process was quick and efficient. A sweet associate by the name of Akisha assisted me and also helped me with some questions about returning a previous purchase. Even though the store was very busy, she was kind enough to help me out and definitely went above and beyond.

So helpful! Shopping for sandals in the winter, the girl went in the storage room to find me all the pairs that I might like. Afterwards, I bought one of the pairs for half off. Great customer service!
