Circle K

The owner Nilesh is a great guy, he is helpful, and a fantastic conversationalist. Hilarious as hell, he starts off my morning with a laugh every day. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews, and I just don’t understand these people. Clearly most must be bigots, just because he is from India. As for the rest, they have never dealt with him personally, and should not judge the whole store because of it.

As a student resident nearby the place is really convenient. Never had a complaint about the service, obviously it gets difficult when it's like 3am, but they always help as much as they can when asking if they have a certain product. A nice convenient convenient store

I stop here most mornings to grab a coffee on my way to work, great cheap coffee and always friendly fast service.

A great selection, but I'm loathe to purchase anything here because the prices are so much higher than at the grocery store a couple of blocks away at College Square. I bought all my milk at this location for about 20 years while it was a Mac's, but I noticed that they raised the price after they became Circle K, even though none of their competitors have, so now I'm struggling to find a reason to ever shop here unless the 24/7 grocery store is closed on a holiday. I also see the cashier walking back and forth behind the counter to keep an eye on me, and I'm not used to being treated like a suspected shoplifter at a convenience store... especially one that I've shopped at for two decades. I will say that they have the best eggnog, which is only available for a few weeks per year, so I only shop here in December now. It's unfortunate because they're just next door to me, but their prices keep me away.

Worst Circle K in the area by far. Rude staff, not attentive to customers at register…. They are also closed half the time I go there for “system outage issues”, yet all the other Circle K’s manage just fine… I will definitely go to the other Circle K 2 minutes down the road from now on.

This is a really bad store. I highly recommend avoiding it! The service is terrible and the staff are rude. When the food was bad, the cashier falsely claimed the customer had put something there. It’s unbelievable that someone in that position would make such an accusation. As a cashier, they should be able to do their job correctly and treat customers with respect. This is Canada—there's no place for such negative behavior. Keep your bad attitudes to yourself; no one deserves that!.

They don't even want your business. Twice at night, they have been "closed for stock count" just close the store every night and say tlyou are not 24hr

Management doesn't care for this place. I used to come here at least twice a week but then the Polar pop machine broke and it was like that for almost one year now.

I took my 8 year old nephew to go get slushies at our local Circle K. As we proceeded to get our slushies, the manger decides to rush towards my nephew and starts yelling. He specifically starts to shout, “No! No! No! You’re making a mess!!” My nephew spills some of the juice on the metal tray (due to the fact that the slushy was watered down and became very runny). That was what the manager was making such a HUGE commotion about. The manager still proceeds on saying how my nephew made a mess, even though he did not! What grown man thinks it is okay to yell at a child? Oh and I totally forgot to mention! Prior to this incident, the manager was staring at us like a hawk during the whole duration of our visit. My nephew told me how the manager kept staring and grilling at him. It made him feel very uncomfortable.
I cannot believe somebody like that is capable of being a manager. The manager displays such horrible customer service. I will never bring my family to this store again! I highly recommend not coming to this location. Horrible staff.

My little brother and I went to get slushies, and while pouring we spilled a bit of the juice on the tray. The manager decided to yell at us vulgarly and repeatedly for making a mess, when the tray is there for a purpose.He told us we were banned and to pay for 10 cents worth of juice. NEVER go here rude customer service.
