This is a gem of a resource! They have a fantastic stock for that must-have-in-a-hurry cable or adapter. Plus, great source for toner. Very good prices- you might be able to find something a little cheaper online, but for the convenience and immediacy, this is the place. I've always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable!

I lost my laptop charger, had presentation next day, searched other big chain stores or local stores, either do not carry, or too expensive. find this store, bring my laptop, they found matching one for me and let me test, price is good, it works great! Nice store to have in Ottawa. Thank you!

Anytime I need some rare adapter or cable this is the only store in Ottawa that ever has it. Never had any problem with their products. In fact I am going to call them tomorrow because once again I need an adapter that surprise, surprise no other store in Ottawa has. Thank you cable link please never close we need more stores that sell a little bit of everything. And also the prices are fine I would be paying double ordering these products online.

In my experience a few years ago, staff are very curt and not overly helpful. Good inexpensive place to go for some supplies if you know exactly what you are looking for and don't need support.

Do not get your ipad fixed here. They use double sided tape (plus or minus adhesive). Amateur job. The screen is not inset and there was adhesive everywhere. You can watch a 40 minute youtube video and buy the screen and adhesive for $20, saving yourself $100 (with taxes a repair here sets you back $118). Not worth it. Would not return to this location. Very disappointed. Was then told that my "battery expanded" which is why the screen was not inset properly. This is not the case, it is because of use of double sided tape. My 6 year old son would have done better. Awful repair.

Saw the same keyboard I have at home but listed at $45 dollars! The keyboard came with a mouse was only $15.54 at Loblaws and they're selling it for a higher price
